Depending on the type of shot you will
get a different out come for example if
you where to use extreme long shot it
would be an establishing shot to help the
viewers to see the location and
understand what's happening.
3. A POV shot or a point of view
shot is a camera shot where
it is as if you are the camera.
The camera will only show
what is able to be seen by
the person. The POV shot is
best used to empathise with
the character.
4. A close up shot is to be used
to show the emotions of a
person in a certain situation
depending on the facial
expression of the persons
face the mood of the
image or film could change
drastically.

show some part of the
subject in more detail
while still giving an
impression of the whole
subject. Mostly used to
focus on the top half

great deal of
background, be it the
set, the landscape or
the venue. Long shots
