This document discusses the principles of action learning. It states that organizations and individuals cannot flourish unless their rate of learning exceeds the rate of change they experience. Action learning sets bring people together to work on problems that personally affect them and find solutions through reflection and discussion. The process involves taking action based on insights gained, receiving support and challenge from others, and continually learning from experience.
