Today’s topic
Contingency Table analysis and
its Benefit for Organization
What is Contingency Table?
A table with at least two rows and two columns used
in statistics to present the data.
It displays frequency distribution (Observed frequency) of
the variables.
It shows the distribution of one variable in rows and another
in columns.
It is used to study the correlation between the two variables.
Example of Contingency Table
Groups Dogs Cats Total
Males 42 10 52
Females 9 39 48
Total 51 49 100
Marginal Totals
Variables involved in the
experiment and tabulated in
contingency table are called
marginal totals.
A simple 2 x 2 Contingency Table
• Prescriptive
• Expertise and Research
• Leader Identification
• Flexibility
Why We Need Contingency Table?

This was the first bank to be privatized in

SWOT Analysis
Strengths
Skilled Statistician persons.
Weakness
Errors Makes Poor Decision
Making.
Threats
Competition with
Competitors.
Opportunities
Less Opportunities of Non
Experience Persons.
I Conclude that Contingency Table is very
important Statistical tool which easily
implement on so much Organizations, MCB
is one of them.
Conclusion
In the End after long Discussion me
Recommend that Contingency Table play
Important role of the development of the
