How much water did I swallow? What have I learned? I didn’t swallow a lot of water, It took some time to reach the other side. Experience, Literature, Recommendation, Observations, Trainer … How do I reach my goal?

Exprience from previous rounds, prior knowledges, … How do I get from 32 to 25 seconds?
