Er zeigte anhand von Beispielen auf, wie AI in der Eventbranche angewendet werden kann und welche Vorteile es mit sich bringt. Und obwohl nicht jeder Trend sich durchsetzen wird, verschaffen neue Technologien Eventmanagern neuartige Wettbewerbsvorteile.
