OBJECTIVE:
To be in a position, where I can deliver the best of my knowledge and skills towards the
work assigned, to be innovative & proficient in developmental aspects of the
organization.
CURRENT JOB PROFILE:
A) Currently working in Wrigley India Pvt ltd from 2years as a Production
executive looking after developing new systems in the plant and also
supporting the team by resolving the concerns with the concerned
departments. Also looking after TPM in the plant and developing the
necessary boards and display in the plant. Handled projects on Material
variance where we have saved 40K$ and also the team engagement has
improved and also collaboration between the team from different station has
improved.
B) Worked at Cadbury India as a shift manufacturing executive in the
manufacturing department. My job is to look after the shift activities and
making the required reports and handling the manpower in the shift and
doing the production planning for the month end also doing the month end
activities and taking the stocks. I have also worked on SAP. Here I look after
both maintenance and production in the shifts. Worked here for 2years 3
months. Also worked on the projects like reducing the laminate wastages and
reducing the dust in the sugar milling area.
C) Worked at M/s. Parle Products Pvt Ltd, Bangalore as a shift engineer in the
maintenance department. My work is to look after the smooth running of the
production and looking after the maintenance of the machines. I am working
from 3.1 years in the company.I have worked on multipack machines and
also worked on nagema(Melody toffee) make machines.My work is also to
arrange the spares for the machines so that no breakdown occurs & also to
plan and estimate and execute the new projects.
• I have also got appreciation from the company for reducing the
breakdown in my dept. I have job experience in chilling plants &
Compressors also.I have also worked in projects like atomization of the
family pack machine due to which the production has increased and
also we had reduced the manpower and also we have also worked in
the project where we have reduced wastage of oil in Krack jack plant.

PROJECTS:
A) Online packing of inner Krackjack packets to outer family pack:
In this project first we used to collect the inner packets in the online packing
machine and then we used to pack the packets offline using extra manpower,due
to which there was more usage of manpower and we used store the packets in c-
boxes due to which wastage of boxes and due to more manhandling, biscuits used
to broken.Hence to avoid this we made a another machine connecting to this inner
pack machine and so the online packets used to get consumed and we saved
around 6 manpower per shift total 18 manpower a day.
B) Online C box conveying system from first floor to ground floor:
In this system we used to convey the boxes from first floor to ground floor by
goods lift due to which we had to be dependent more on goods lift. If there is any
breakdown the boxes used to get accumulated on the floor due to which we used to face
space problem. Then we made a conveyor without any motors in it just by gravity the
boxes used to move to ground floor. By this project we have saved two manpower each
shift and saved electricity and money and also on time delivery of goods.
C) All the Boxes tapping done at one place:
In this project first the tapping of the boxes used to be done at different place due to
which we required more manpower for tapping and also shifting the boxes.Then we
have placed a conveyor connecting to all the machines from where the boxes used to
come at one place and used to get tape. Due to which we have saved 6 manpower in
each shift totally 18 manpower in a day.
ACADEMIC PROJECT:
MODIFICATION OF TUNNEL DRYER USING HOT AIR INSTEAD OF
STEAM,undertaken at BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICALS LIMITED,Bangalore.
DESCRIPTION:
B.H.E.L is a manufacturing enterprise in the field of heavy electrical in INDIA and
among the power plant equipment manufacturers in the world.
In B.H.E.L insulators are manufactured which are used in transformers, electric
poles and electric substations etc.These insulators contain the moisture content in it.
Hence to remove this moisture they are passed through tunnel dryers.
Steam was used in this tunnel dryers to remove the moisture content from
the insulators.To produce the steam LPG burnt was more and also the temp obtained
was upto 100 degree Celsius and also there was some heat losses when sent from
the boiler to the tunnel dryer and also the cycle time was about 32hrs.
Here we have made an attempt to improve the existing system by
supplying hot air to the tunnel dryer instead of steam. By using hot air the fuel
consumption is less,temp obtained is 250-300 and also the cycle time is reduced
from 32hrs to 24hrs.
