20. The information you just learned will change your life in phenomenal ways—if you take action on it.
But before you get started, you have to be clear on a few things.
First, remember that a paradigm is a multitude of habits that are lodged in your subconscious mind.
Second, you must change the paradigm in the same way it was created—through repetition of information.
And, third, you must understand that to change a paradigm you have to consciously and deliberately replace a “bad” habit with a good
habit. Otherwise, you’re going to form another bad habit because nature abhors a vacuum.
Start the process by consciously choosing new beliefs that are aligned with the habits you want, and then plant them in the place of the
old beliefs in your subconscious mind.
One way to do this is through affirmations. Find positive statements that mirror the beliefs or behaviors you want to incorporate and read
the statements over and over again. If you want more money, you can use the affirmation I shared with you in the video…
I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me in increasing quantities, through multiple sources on a continuous basis.
Another powerful tool you can use is visioneering, which is where you create a new image of yourself being, doing, or having the things
you want. Sandy is a master at this! Practicing this a few times a day will go a long way in helping you change bad habits and attract the
things you want into your life.
You can also do the following exercise:
1. Think about a result you’re getting that you don’t want and ask yourself what behaviors or habits are causing that result.
2. Write the behavior out in crystal clear detail.
3. Ask yourself what habit or behavior is the polar opposite of the behavior you just identified.
4. Write out the new behavior on another sheet of paper.
5. Burn the paper that contains the bad habit (as a symbolic gesture).
6. Write the positive habit out four or five times a day. Read it frequently. You will eventually lodge that idea in your subconscious mind.
Once it begins to take root, it takes the power away from the bad habit and the bad habit actually dies from lack of nourishment. Then,
the deposited one takes over.
Now it will take a fair amount of energy and understanding to do these things, but I promise you it will be very much worth the effort
because it will allow you to write your own ticket in life.
30. This is a very simplistic representation of a
cell with DNA housed within the cell
nucleus. The genetic material once stretched
out into individual strands looks like a
twisted zipper or ladder called a DNA helix.
The rungs of the ladder are the nucleic acids
that are paired together, which act as codes to
make proteins. A different length and
sequence of the DNA strand is called a gene.
A gene is expressed when it makes a protein.
Various cells of the body make different
proteins for both structure and function.
31. Figure 4.2A shows the epigenetic signal entering the cell
receptor site. Once the chemical messenger interacts at the level
of the cell membrane, another signal in the form of a new
protein is sent to the nucleus of the cell to select a gene
sequence. The gene still has a protein covering protecting it from
its outer environment, and that covering has to be removed in
order for it to be read.

44. Your thoughts and feelings come from your past
memories. If you think and feel a certain way, you
begin to create an attitude. An attitude is a
cycle of short-term thoughts and feelings
experienced over and over again. Attitudes are
shortened states of being. If you string a series of
attitudes together, you create a belief. Beliefs are
more elongated states of being and tend to become
subconscious. When you add beliefs together, you
create a perception. Your perceptions have
everything to do with the choices you make, the
behaviors you exhibit, the relationships you chose,
and the realities you create.

46. Changing Your Energy
So now we can see that if we want to change our beliefs and create a
placebo effect to improve our
health and our lives, we have to do the exact opposite of what the
Cambodian women did by default. By holding a clear and firm intention
and heightening our emotional energy, we have to create a new internal
experience in our minds and bodies that’s greater than the past external
experience. In other words, when we decide to create a new belief, the
amplitude or energy of that choice must be high enough that it’s greater
than the hardwired programs and emotional conditioning in the body.
To see what happens when we do just this, take a look at Figure 7.3 on the following page. Here,
the energy of the choice in this new experience is greater than the energy of the trauma in the past
experience
(as we saw in Figure 7.2), which is why the peak in this graph is higher than the peak in the first
graph. And as a result, the effects of this new experience override the residue of the neural
programming and emotional conditioning from the past experience.
This process, if we do it right, actually repatterns our brains and changes
our biology; the new experience will reorganize the old programming, and
in so doing, it will remove the neurological evidence of that past
experience. (Think of how a bigger wave breaking farther up on the beach
erases any sign of whatever shell, seaweed, sea foam, or sand pattern was
there before.) Strong emotional experiences create long-term memories. So
this new internal experience
creates new long-term memories that override our past long-term
memories, thus the choice becomes an experience that we never forget.
There should be no evidence of our pasts in our brains and bodies any
longer, and the new signal then rewrites the neurological program and
genetically changes the body.

lift matter to a new mind, and your
body vibrates at a faster frequency.
You become more energy and less
matter—more wave and less particle.
The more elevated the emotion or the
higher the creative state of mind, the
more energy you have to rewrite the
programs in the body. Your body then

start to change your inner world of
thoughts and feelings, it should create
an improved state of well-being.
Most change starts with the simple process of
something outside of us altering something inside of
us
If you keep repeating the process in meditation,
then in time, epigenetic changes should begin to
alter your outer presentation—and you become
your own placebo.

एजक्टव होने सी बहुत ज्यादा खुशी का अनुभव होता है.
सोडडयम फ्लुओराइड पिननयल ग्रंथि को कड़ा कर देता है. हमारे बहुत सी खाने-िीने की चीिों में सोडडयम फ्लुओराइड
होता है. इससे ये कम एजक्टव हो िाती है.
िैसे आंखों में रॉड्स और कोन्स होते हैं, उसी तरह पिननयल ग्लैंड में भी होते हैं. िोड़ा बहुत रोशनी को ये भी िार करा
सकता है. इससे ननकला मेलाटोननन हॉमोन ही बाकी शरीर को रोशनी के प्रनत एजक्टव बनाता है. वहीं पिननयल में िाए
िाने वाले सेरोटोननन के कम बनने िर डडप्रेशन हो सकता है. हमारे शरीर में जितनी कोलशकाएं होती हैं, उनसे सेरोटोननन
