 Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules for various instruments to increase
machine up time & equipment reliability.
 Monitor and controlling the parameters of power turbine & boiler through DCS. Safety and interlock of
Extraction cum condensing & back Pressure type power turbine & 90,90 & 55 TPH boiler having pressure
of 45 kg/ cm2.
 Implementing maintenance schedules and carrying out periodic checks to ensure performance of various
instruments and maintaining requisite documents for the same.
 Ensuring smooth plant operations and generation & supply of steam & Power as per the operating
parameter with safety and environment norms.
 Identifying areas of breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipment through application of
troubleshooting tools like root cause analysis.
Process Enhancements

 Safety interlocks, three elements drum level control, Combustion controls, Furnace draft control, PRDS
control, Deaerator pressure and level control, Attemperator control Hot well level control, sugar automation.
 Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes in ABB 800 XA 5.1 DCS to enhance
productivity.
 Modifications in equipment, process flow, working practices, consumables power etc. for controlling &
reducing conversion cost per unit produced.
 Steam and power balancing of co gen plant as per HMBD provided by the manufacturer.
 Organized weekly training programs for the subordinates to trained them and helping to find out the
problems and motivations.
 Familiarization with Turbine wood ward 505 E governor and Shikawa vibration monitoring system

 Erection , Commissioning and maintenance of of 25 MW cogen power plant and 10,000 sugar , Yokogawa
centum 3000 DCS Based boiler, sugar & Distillery Yokogawa CS 1000 DCS automation

 Insuring smooth running of power plant and sugar plant as well as distillery automation.
