 From June 2012 - March 2016: I was working as a Maintenance Supervisor at
Spiecapag Ltd PNG-LNG Papua new guinea - Facility Management Department oil
and gas pipeline project
 Supervising the maintenance team daily work, repair, replace or modification of
refer chillers and freezer coolers, refrigeration units, commercial kitchen
equipments, exhaust systems
 Maintain, repair and replace component of HVAC control, hot and cold kitchen
equipments diagnosing, testing and repairing.
 Attend to breakdown calls from kitchen and accommodation facilities equipments
and take action as necessary.
 HVAC system, kitchen equipments and routine Planning, coordinating, and
evaluating preventive maintenance schedules work by independent contractors
and subcontractors, monitor work flow, review and evaluate work product
 Purchase and maintain inventory of parts and materials to accomplish timely
repairs and preventative maintenance.
 Attend and participate in the staff meetings, safety meetings, and related
activities; attend workshops, conferences, and classes to increase knowledge
 Occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
