 Streamlining the repair & reconditioning activities of PHE’s (Plate heat exchangers),
centrifugal separators & Decanter gear box.
 Doing hands on dismantling & assembly of plate heat exchangers, centrifugal separators &
decanter gear box.
 Doing hands on dynamic balancing of separator bowl.
 Planning daily repair activities and analyze Plan v/s actual performances on daily basis.
Analyzing and identifying new tools requirements for productivity improvements.
 Conducting daily meeting for ALPS (Alfa Laval Production system) to address day-to-day
problems faced during repair activities.
 Commissioning of PHE’s , Decanter & separators at customer site
 Attend trouble shooting of Decanter & Separators at customer site.
 Preparing Job receiving report & assigning warehouse manufacturing order no. in ERP.
 Preparing & loading repair estimate & raising requisition for spares in ERP.
 Have constant updates on status of machines & parts follow up with Distribution center.
 Final Inspection and test report preparation of the Jobs after reconditioning.
 Ensure quality documentation for repair jobs and ensure 100% compliance to the same along
with dispatch.
 Preparing purchase orders based on quotations received.
 Maintaining monthly reports for man hours, jobs received, safety etc. shop floor related
activities.
 Material & inventory management at the shop floor.
 Vendor management: Registration of vendors & other related activities.
 General Office administration & shop floor management.
 Formulating Near Miss Reports and issuing work permits.
 Effluent treatment plant operation and recording data in log book.

2. Bathinda Chemicals Ltd (September 2011- To January 2014)

This Plant is heaving latest technology equipment’s like Centrifuge, Batching System &
chiller, Dryer, Which are first time use in Distillery .During this Successful erection and commissioning
My key Responsibilities Are:-
 Erection and commissioning of flour mill.
 Installation and commissioning of CFB Dryer.
 Erection of 5Mw Triveni Make Turbine.
 Erection commissioning of 35 TPH with 67Kg/Cm2
CBL make Boiler.
 Erection fabrication of tanks, installation of their agitators and their Pumps.
 Installation and commissioning of Batching System, Chilling system.
 Erection & commissioning and routine maintenance of ALFA LAVAL make decanters.
 Erection of DM water plant and bottling unit.
Malbros International Pvt ltd (September 2008- To August 2011)

Area of Knowledge:
o During this period my key responsibilities is to handle the following sections of Plant:
 Silo Section: where grain (Raw Material) is stored. It includes maintenance of Buckets
elevators and Horizontal Chain Conveyors.
 Grain Plant: Having two Hammer Mills of 6TPH (150 HP each).
 Maintenance of Pumps in Distillations and Fermentation Sections: Day to day maintenance
of Pumps also including Agitators and all type of Gear Boxes.
 Evaporation Section: maintenance of Decanters of 15m3
/Hrs capacity.
 Boiler: Complete maintenance of Feed pump, ash conveyors and other related equipments.
CBL make boiler of 18 TPH (65 Kg/Cm2
) steam pressure.
 Turbine: Maintaining records of loads and steam flow of turbine and its maintenance. Skiner
Erie make turbine having 1.2 MW capacities.
 Maintenance schedule of overhauling of 500 KVA DG sets.
 ETP: maintenance of all ETP Section like digester, RO System and secondary ETP.
 Erection work of 1 mw condensing Turbine.
