WE RESPECT TALENT
PITCH DECK
— VISION STATEMENT
TO PROVIDE THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY TO
ALL THE TALENTED PEOPLE IN MEDIA AND
ENTERTAINMENT INDUSTRY.
THREE DIMENSIONS TO THE WEBSITE
A Social Video Sharing Website
A Social Network and Opportunity portal for Talents
A Market Place
We’ll be a Facebook of the Media Industry ,
a LinkedIn for media talents and
a Youtube for short films and independent films.
VALUE PROPOSITION
THE PROBLEM
• Talented people in short films don’t get recognition, opportunity or
returns for their work as the Cinema industry is very biased. As a result
we tend to watch a lot of poor films on the silver screen.
• There is no specific website for aspiring film makers to network, recruit,
earn, etc.
• Moving ahead, people won't have enough time to watch a 2-3 hour movie
like they used to do in the past. In the future short films will be the
biggest source of entertainment as they provide the satisfaction of
watching a feature film in a span of 10mins.
• More than 60% of the short film content is of low quality in YouTube and
not properly sorted which results in waste of time and loss of interest
among people who search for short films online.
BUSINESS IDEAS
• To be the king makers of the Future Entertainment and Media Industry by creating a
global platform for film makers and other media talents like actors,
cinematographers, etc. which will also house quality short entertainment created by
them.
• A one stop shop for film makers where they can get all their film making needs
addressed with a click of a button, like hunting for actors and crew members can be
done online. People other than the regular producers will be interested in producing
short films so a possibility of crowd funding is created.
• A website which provides quick quality entertainment for General Audience. People
will watch personalised short films on the move with a good search engine and easy
sorting methods.
• People can earn LittleCoins by watching short films which they can redeem later in
popular e commerce websites. It is the only website where people earn money by
watching films and other activities on the website.
• On the other hand provide recognition and opportunity for the aspiring
talents which in-turn helps in creating and acquiring quality short films. Each
will have a profile page to showcase their talent.
• To provide aspiring talents insights and exposure through tutorials.
• We will have the knowledge and database of all the talents who are going to
be the next superstars and big names, so we can catch them young while
they are searching for the right opportunity and endorse them for upcoming
brands.
• Integrating location hunt to help photographers monetise their captures, at
the same time help directors find the right location for their project shoot in
their vicinity.
• Lots of people have Cameras and Equipments which they don't use everyday,
so we can pool them to provide the rental equipments to independent short
film makers at a subsidised price and also create revenue for owners.

• LittleWiki ,articles about short film talents are kept to make them worthy and to motivates
them.
• LittleCoins is virtual money which is earned and spent on the website, all transactions are
done through this.
TARGET AUDIENCE
• Two kinds of target audience, general people who come looking for entertainment and film community
who are looking for recognition and opportunity through audience.
• More than 1,00,000 short films are released in India every year, which means 5,00,000 members from
short film fraternity at least.
• 75% of 30 crore people (225 million) use internet for entertainment, 56% (126 million) use for watching
videos.
• Total of at least 4 crore (40million) people in India use the internet for entertainment and 3.2 (32million)
crore for watching videos.
• An average short film gets about 10,000 youtube views and best ones cross 20,00,000 views in a year. So
1000 good short films means - 2 billion views in a year.
• The third kind of audience are Corporates and Start ups which want to get creative stuff like advertising
from these young talents, they can post their budget and requirement on the opportunity page and get
things done at a much lower cost.
• The number of people who are using internet has been increasing significantly every year from 30 million
users in 2012 to 60 million users in 2015, the audience are growing rapidly too.
COMPETITION
• Indian websites - www.largeshortfilms.com , www.pocketfilms.in , www.stonebench.co.in ,
www.indianshortfilms.in
• Global websites - www.thesmalls.com, www.shortoftheweek.com, www.filmsshort.com,
www.filmshortage.com, www.globalshortfilmnetwork.com , www.zoopa.com
• There is no comprehensive end to end solution for independent film makers. Competitors
target only one section of the audience through which their users are limited, and there is
no proper revenue model in any website so they are not taking it to the next level.
• All websites concentrate on showcasing good content but they don't help out people
creating mediocre ones. Websites don't provide individual recognition to talents.
• Websites are outdated in design and don't provide a easy user interface.
• No website provides revenue for short and independent film makers.
• There is no website where people can watch videos and earn money.
MARKETING PLAN
• Currently we have min 200 users per day and a maximum of 5000 users per day without any promotion.
• With the launch of our new website We have set goals of
• 10,000 users per day,
• 25,000 users per day,
• 50,000 users per day
• 1,00,000 users per day.
