Inside and outside layers of the products are made of pure polyethylene or cross-linking
polyethylene. No plasticizer or stabilizer added, no use of any reprocessed plastics, comply with

■ PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
1. RS multilayer pipe according to GB/T 18997-2003 standard, reference to ASTM F 1281-2001、
ASTM F 1282.a-2001, is a composite pipe of five layers, inside and outside layer of which are made
of PE material or PEX-b material, tightly bonded with melt adhesive to the mid-layer of aluminum
core which is longitudinally welded in an overlap or butt laser weld way. All layers are extruded by
one step.
2. The multilayer pipe manufactured by our company adopts ultrasonic overlap welding method
and argon arc butt welding method, the specifications include: 1216, 1620, 2025, 2632, relevant
copper fittings are available.
3. The products are classified as normal drinking pipes、 hot temperature-resistance and gas
pipes according to its different usage:
① Normal drinking pipes: white color, with logo RS/L, mainly applied to water supply、
condensate in the central air conditioner、 oxygen compressed air as well as other chemical liquor
transportation
② Hot-temperature resistance pipes: red color, with logo RS/R, mainly applied to the hot
water ductwork (water temperature under 75℃)
③ Gas pipe: yellow color, with logo RS/Q, mainly applied to the transportation of petroleum
gas and coal gas.

Corrosion resistance、 no dew attached、 no leakage、 no disturbing sound; smooth wall、 heat
preservation、 sound fluid, its smooth inside appearance leads to a 30% more flow than the same
inner diameter metal pipe; able to prevent gas from leaking with the mid-layer of aluminum core.
※ High-temperature retardant, low-temperature resistance
The pipe can endure + 110℃ and - 40℃ temperature.

Owing to the special material and composite structure, it can be packed in convolution form with

RS multilayer pipe is five-layer composite pipe
that combines the advantage of a metal and
plastic pipe, and eliminates the disadvantages
of both materials at the same time. The aluminum
core is absolutely diffusion tight; it reliably
prevents oxygen/gases from permeating into pipe.
It compensates and reduces snap-back forces and
heat expansion with changes of temperature.
※ Overlapped welded pipe is co-extruded with
one step with perfect adhesive between inner
layer and aluminum, high and stable pressure
resistance, of which welding style is ultrasonic.
※ Butt welded pipe is moulding with several
steps that is argon-arc welding style.

■ COMPRESSION FITTINGS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Pipe cutting
1.CutthepipeverticallyandpreciselywithRINGSONG

Step 2: Rounding and beveling
1. Round and bevel the end holes with RISONG plastic
reamer.
Step 3: Sleeving
1. Choose the right size fitting according to the pipe, put
the nut over the pipe, inside the compression ring over
the pipe, make sure the mouth of the nut and the pipe
faces the same direction.
2. Push the inserts into the pipe up to the shoulder, take
care not to damage the O-ring.
Step 4: Pressing
1. Follow the clamp tools instruction; position the clamp
jaws so that their ends aligned with the end of the press
sleeve. Shut the press clamp and begin the pressing
procedure. It can only clamp once.
<Notice> This installation manual is especially for 16-32mm pipe systems.

■ PRESS FITTINGS INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Pipe cutting
1.CutthepipeverticallyandpreciselywithRISONGpipe

Step 2: Rounding and beveling
1. Round and bevel the end holes with RISONG plastic
reamer.
Step 3: Inserting
1.Choose the right size sleeved-fitting according to the
pipe, then aim the pipe end at the ring-shape hole of the
fitting integrated with sleeve and slide the fitting insert
into the pipe until it reaches the plastic block.
Step 4: Pressing
1. Selecting jaw.
2. Installing jaw on to the tool
3. Adjusting the pressure tool
4. Open the pressing tool and position the tool ring
onto the sleeve.
5. Close the handles until the two touch points on the
handles touch each other
6. While the jaw is completely closed, the handles will
be self-locked. Open the handle and remove the
pressing tool from the fitting and installation is
accomplished.
<Notice> This installation manual is especially for 16-32mm pipe systems.
