Provisional Applicator successfully completing any training courses required by Sika. The
Provisional Applicator is responsible for ensuring full compliance by its employees with Sika's
guidelines, training instructions and any other requirements of third parties.
Sika is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any third party as a result of any acts
or omissions of the Provisional Applicator arising in anyway, including but not limited to breach
of contract, misrepresentation, failure to comply with applicable laws or any other tort including
negligence.
