1. VALVEVOLUTION LINE
The new line ValvEvolution includes a series of one-piece body valves in plastic, without welding that could
become critical crack points, which is built through an only procedure of fusion and injection moulding
rigorously checked. The invulnerability of this product is strengthened by its resistance to corrosion,
mechanical stress, formation of calcareous deposits, typical characteristics of the plastic body.
Particular attention has been paid to the handle design, where the research was accompanied by various
ergonomic tests: the result is a very performing and aesthetically pleasant product.
ValvEvolution includes three lines of valves:
1. glass-fiber PP Valves for hydraulics and irrigation,
2. PPR valves for thermo-hydraulics
3. ICE valves for use at very low temperature (up to -30 °C)
PP-GF BALL VALVES
The PP-GF ball valves PN16, 18VCFF (from 1/2” up to 4”) and 18VCMF (from 1/2” up to 2”) are full or
reduce bore ball valves with female and male-female threaded ends according to the standard UNI ISO 7
(gas-conic) and ANSI B1.20.1 (NPT threads).
The glass-fiber polypropylene body assures high physical and mechanical performances:
! high resistance to internal pressure;
! high impact and tensile stress resistance;
! high resistance to atmospheric agents (oxidation and UV rays);
! high resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

2. The principal characteristics making it an innovative product in comparison to the traditional
metallic valve are:
1. good weight/volume ratio that allows the use in plastic pipelines without making the line heavy;
2. the chromium-brass ball inside and the PP body guarantee high resistance to corrosion and, together
with the brass rod and the teflon and NBR gaskets, they assure a perfect seal;
3. good behavior to temperature ranges thanks to the low thermal conductivity typical of plastics.
Thanks to their versatility, our threaded valves can be used both in irrigation systems and waterworks Is
it also possible to get it in FLANGED VERSION ( from 1/2” up to 4”) and compression ball valves
(20mm-25mm-32mm)
PPR BALL VALVES
THERMOVALVE The PP-R ball valves (from 20mm up to 125mm) are part of our PP-R system offering
so many advantages as to make these the best choice in hot and cold water piping systems:

The standard colors are GREEN, GREY and BLU but we can personalize customers colors and put their

4. ICE Valve
ValvEvolution is not only a line of innovative ball valves for all the most common applications, but it is also the
context in which T&B gave life to a completely new valve able to withstand the most EXTREME CLIMATIC
CONDITIONS.
The ICE ball valve is characterized for the good performance in the most severe temperature range, such as the
freezing of the fluids inside with consequent increase of volume,
for the total resistance when submitted to freezing and defrosting cycles.
The ICE is conceived as one piece body made of a special compound that guarantees duration and
versatility under conditions that would damage other plastic valves: it is regularly tested and guaranteed
for temperatures reaching -30°C (-22 °F). It is possible to join the valve both with metal and low
temperature resistant pipes (HDPE, PVC, etc), granting a good thermal insulation thanks to the insulating
properties of plastic
The model of ICE ball valves could be also with flanged.

5. INDUSTRY VALVE AND FOOD VALVE
It is conceived for special liquids conveyance: it is suitable to the applications where an high resistance to
corrosion is requested and also for the food and beverage industry where the use of non-toxic materials is
necessary not to alter the properties of the liquids.
For this purpose the brass ball inside has replaced the steel Aisi 303 ball covered with Teflon
PP-R SYSTEM
Our PP-R system, finds great exploitation in some specific applications:
! hot and cold water supply in civil and public building;
! industrial systems for the supply of calcareous water, oils, highly corrosive liquids and food liquids;
! under-floor heating systems, thanks to PP-R high flexibility and the possibility of covering the
system with cement;
! radiator systems, where it is necessary to estimate the thermal expansion;
! compressed air systems;
! means of transport (ships, planes, caravans, etc.), where chemical resistance to brackish water,
lightness and capacity of absorption of vibrations of means in motion are of fundamental
importance

6. MULTYPEX
MULTYPEX is an integrated system in PEX-AL-PEX (cross liked polyethylene co extruded with an
aluminum layer) designed for various applications:
1. sanitary systems;
2. traditional heating system;
3. air conditioning systems;
4. radiators heating and cooling systems;
5. It can be also used in compressed air systems, greenhouses and gardening, alimentary fluids
conveyance and industrial application.
The range of products MULTYPEX guaranteed several advantages:
! lightness, flexibility and indeformability;
! high chemical and electrochemical resistance;
! high soundproofing coefficient;
! very low head losses;
! wide range of working temperatures;
! power saving:
! oxygen proof.

7. MULTYPEX included 4 line:

4. PEX-AL-PEX multilayer pipe with thicker aluminum ( Plus)
More specifically, the use of MULTIPEX in heating and cooling radiant systems offers a high level of
efficiency and the following benefits:
Thermal Comfort;
Cutback in power consumption;
Better aesthetic results;
Air cleanliness and lowered flow of allergens.
Although the installation costs of radiant systems are higher compared to conventional heating systems,
lower operating costs and reduced power consumption allow costs amortization in a few years: in heating
radiant systems a water temperature between 30° and 40° C is enough to warm a room (compared to the
70°C of the conventional hot-water radiator); in cooling radiant systems the required working temperature
is 16°-18°C.
Thanks to these features, radiant systems are the ideal solution when combined to condensing boilers,
heating pumps, solar panels and other alternative heating sources granting the possibility of saving up to
15-20% as final result..

8. BLU LINE BLU LINE PLUS
The range of Compression fittings includes Bluline and Bluline Plus, differing for technical characteristics
and performance.
Blu line plus High-performance compression fittings particularly suitable for water systems not exceeding
16 bar working pressure and allowing a quick installation by unscrewing the nut. The range includes
straight fittings, elbows, tees, flanged fittings and grooved fittings PN16 from ø16 to ø110
Blu line Compression fittings particularly suitable for aqueducts and all the water systems not Exceeding
16 bar working pressure. The range includes straight fittings, elbows, tees, flanged fittings and
grooved fittings PN16 from ø16 to ø63 and PN10 from ø75 to ø110.
