THE FASHION
Four times a year, Worth New York’s design team creates a luxurious brand of exclusively designed, modern, sophisticated clothing made
with the utmost attention to fabrication and detailing. Couture quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship are the hallmark of the
collection.
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (DBD)
The DBD position is right for the woman who is interested in building a sales team of successful Sales Agencies in her own Division. It is a
leadership position focused on sales growth and Agency development. The DBD is responsible for achieving sales growth through attracting
and recruiting new Agency Leaders and through the continual development of existing Agencies selling in her Division.
Worth provides extensive recruiting, sales and leadership coaching through the DBD Executive Leadership Program. This is a full time career
and enables the DBD to work from her home office.

A successful Director of Business Development is a natural leader with a record of success and leadership experience. She is goal oriented
with a passion to achieve and a commitment to personal excellence. She is a natural networker who enjoys connecting and working with
other women.
EARNING POTENTIAL
The DBD compensation package is performance driven. It includes corporate support, sales commissions, extensive bonus opportunities
and a seasonal clothing allowance. The ability to recruit new Agencies, and the overall development and growth of all Agencies in the
Division, are essential to her success.
