DIRECTOROFBUSINESSDEVELOPMENT(DBD)
The DBD position is right for the woman who is interested in building a sales team of successful Sales Agencies in her own Division. It is a
leadership position focused on sales growth and Agency development. The DBD is responsible for achieving sales growth through attracting
and recruiting new Agency Leaders and through the continual development of existing Agencies selling in her Division.
Worth provides extensive recruiting, sales and leadership coaching through the DBD Executive Leadership Program. This is a full time career
and enables the DBD to work from her home office.
