 Name: Giradharlal J. Adaroja 
 Profession :Vice President in Nirma Limited 
Bhavanagar. 
 As starting of his carrier he was Mechanical 
engineer in Tata company in 1972.
 To become successful engineer he says that 
“Will to do and will to succeed through hard 
work and loyalty ,integrate” 
During his long successful carrier he might 
have some challenges . 
He take challenges as hardest, when he 
started his carrier in 1972 at that time market 
was dull and not pay enough salary.
 He says that job is an internal satisfaction. 
 He also says that it is a self satisfaction , not 
worry about boss and other. 
 He believe in reward as a purpose vision.
 My contribution to organization to make more increase 
profitability through productivity. 
 To make people more knowledgably, capable, strengthble to 
team work. 
 For society I also active part in social activity while serving 
education institute, establish I hospital and serve indeed.
His long term vision that develop at least 20 
competent manager. 
His short term vision remain healthy , help 
society.
Message from him to future 
engineer and youth:- 
 Engineer to strike for knowledge and develop 
attitude to take challenge in life. 
 So, knowledge strength.
