• Adoption of automated or manual carton packing machines mounted on line-follower
robots and industrial trucks inculcated with plant layout such that finished goods are picked
up after the final process and the person receives the packed goods the moment it
reaches the delivery door reducing the packaging time and cost, also increasing the quality
of packaging
• Development of MSME Cloud with the help of MyMSME portal, Digital MSME scheme and
inculcating it in the MSME global portal and app
• Developing MSME product’s logistics’ tracking that allows customers to get insights into
their driver’s whereabouts using the “My Orders” area of their account. They should click
on the order in question, and an “Arriving by DATE and TIME” will show, along with a map
of their geographic area.
• Using Omni-channel E-retailing systems for selling and distribution
• Option for MSMEs to opt for Make-on-demand services which would reduce inventory
costs
• Tie-ups with local warehouses service provider for proper storage and reducing dispatch
times

• Implementation of chatbots in the MG portal and MG app
• Making a feedback system where the app asks for feedback few hours after the time
of delivery such that customers can contact or give feedback directly to the seller
• Sending tracking links for customer to track their products when they order or giving
them options with Shipments update via sms
• Optical sorting technology for products and agricultural products with application of
Barcodes, RFIDs and QR codes
• Using Automated database management systems for managing large amounts of data
• Using strategic outsourcing with Datavail, Oracle etc with multiple database structures
combining SQL (Structured Query Language) and NoSQL (Not only SQL) such that
benefits from both of them can be reaped
• Using Augmented reality and Virtual reality in app development such that consumer
product’s experience at the time of using the app and website
• Using Flutter and Kotlin to develop android and iOS applications faster

savings account department.
• Radio is the most effective way of creating awareness to MSME’s
in both urban and rural areas because.,
 There are 328 private radio stations.
 AIR covers 99.19% of Indian population spread
around 92% of country’s area in 23 regional
languages .
• Opportunities of Indian MSME’s going global should be
taught at higher secondary level to create awareness.
• Internships ,boot camps ,exhibitions ,incubation
programmes to be provided by technology centres in
diploma colleges.
• BSNL is a state-owned telecommunication service and hence
government can use it as a tool to spread awareness among Indian
MSME’s .
 BSNL is one of the leading telecommunication service in India and is
a leader in the wired Internet segment in India with a market share of
59.63%.
 It’s number of subscribers grew by 2.5 million in 2018.
