add rules easily.

4. What is Conditional Formatting?
With Excel's conditional formatting options you
can apply formatting to cells based on the value
of it. You can highlight and visualize the data
using formatting such as colors, icons, and data
bars.
6. To create a conditional formatting rule:
1. Select the desired cells to format.
2. In the Home tab, click the Conditional
Formatting command. A drop-down menu
will appear.

Other Highlight rules can also be applied with
the same steps:
Less than rule: highlights the cells that have
value that is less than the selected value.
Between rule: highlights the cells with value
which occurs between the selected values as

Equal to rule: highlights the cells with the exact
value you have entered.
