2. Statement of the Problem
This study will be conducted to produce a concrete bricks out of seashells and hair
fibers.
Specifically, it will seek to answer the following questions:
1. Do the seashells and hair fibers have the capability to produce a
concrete bricks?
2. Do seashells and hair fibers produce the best in terms of?
2.1 Appearance?
2.2 Texture?
2.3 Firmness?
3. Is there any significant difference among the three experimental
products in terms of?
3.1 Appearance?
3.2Texture?
3.3 Firmness?
Null Hypothesis
The seashells and hair fibers has no capability to produce a concrete bricks.
The seashells and hair fibres’ firmness is not enough to produce a firm, concrete
bricks.
3. Materials and Equipment
In making the product, the researcher must have: seashells, hair fibers, Portland
cement, water, sand, gravel and plywood that will serve as moulder of the bricks.
General Procedure
First, the researcher will crush the seashells then; he will make a mixture out of
Portland cement, water, sand and gravel. Then, the researcher will add the crushed
seashells and hair fibers to the mixture. Next, the researcher will put the mixture to
moulder and let it dry under the sun for 24 hours.
Potential Risk and Safety
There is no potential risk and safety occurring when making this product.
Data Analysis
30 respondents will be administered to test the product.
The respondents will use 1-3 parameters where in, they will denote 1 as the
