•   Develop activities with the entire team to build more of a team mindset.

•   Take suggestions from all parties (team leader and team members)

•   Roll out huddle meetings on a two day a week interim basis.
•   Coach team leaders on delivery of information to team members
•   Run the team huddles in the new format for 2-3 weeks.
•   Create themed meetings for the other days of the week.
