1. Organization of the assessment:
The midterm evaluation will check and will evaluate as competent or not
yet competent by competency unit , substantiate/demonstration of the
learning outcomes. For competency unit assessment:
 To prepare tasks with competency element content
 To choose assessment method depends on content and scope of the
tasks
 To prepare assessment materials which is possible assessment method

Prepare all required additional supplies, resources, materials, equipments, tools,
condition, and condition of the assessment place

Instruction of the Assessment organization
Instruction for the trainee/students:
Trainee must be introduced with Safety and OHP of workplace
Trainee must be introduced with assessment plan before assessment.
Trainee must be introduced with materials, equipment and tools before assessment
Trainee must read assessment instruction before performance the tasks
If trainee has a question he will ask an instructor
Trainee must be carefully and performance tasks without any mistakes
Instruction for the trainee have to be on the distributive materials of the examination
Instruction for the instructor
The instructor must be introduced with assessment place condition
The instructor must be approved examination material by training department
The instructor must give explanation for the trainee
The instructor have to check trainee and fill the assessment page
