The pre cleaner model PLZ-50/30 is used
to guarantee high cleaning capacity and
remove bigger, smaller and lighter
impurities by vibratory sieves and air
aspiration system.

Densimetric Chamber CLDZ-1/CF
The CLDZ is used
to remove the hull,
dusty and some
impurities with low
density, such as:
small pieces of
corncob.
The equipment
uses air closed
system to
guarantee high
efficiency on the
separation and a
clean environment.

In the 3rd stage of cleaning process, the
densimetric table guarantees high efficiency on
the grading by densimetric difference. The
equipment removes products with lower
density, such as: damaged grains, immature
grains and empty grains.

Destoner Model SDZ/CF-1
The cleaning
process is
finalized with
the densimetric
destoner model
SDZ/CF, which
removes the
impurities such
as: stones,
glass fragments
and some
metals.
8. Conditioning System for Cereals Model SCCZ
The SCCZ distributes
water uniformly on
the grains, which is
responsible to
promote the ideal
condition for the next
process
(degermination, which
means, separate the
grain parts: peel,
germen and kernel).
9. Horizontal Degermer Model DHZ-2
After the grain conditioning, the product is sent
to the degermers and inside of the equipment
the grain enter into the polishing chamber;
Inside of this chamber, where there are a rotor
and screens, the product moves by friction and
make a contact between grains and grains,
grains and screens.
This process split of the product in two distinct
parts:
Product: Kernels (several sizes)
Sub Product: Germen, Bran (Hull) and Animal
Feed.
Inlet Capacity: 600 to 900 kg/h
10. Horizontal Degermer DHZ-1
After the grain conditioning, the product is
sent to the degermers and inside of the
equipment the grain enter into the
polishing chamber; Inside of this chamber,
where there are a rotor and screens, the
product moves by friction and make a
contact between grains and grains, grains
and screens.
This process split of the product in two
distinct parts:
Product: Kernels (several sizes)
Sub Product: Germen, Bran (Hull) and
Animal Feed.
Inlet Capacity: 1800 to 2300 kg/h
