Contact sheet analysis part 1
1. From my contact sheet, I was really pleased with the outcome of these four
photos because overall I think it captured what I was trying to achieve for my
theme through the photos I took. I did this photo shoot closely linked to an
idea some did that I found on the web. I wanted to do my photo shoot like the
one I found, because I thought that the idea was simple and it portrayed the
message of the whole idea very clearly in the photos. Once I had taken these
photos I wanted to mix and match the photos the way the photographer Eric
Myer did with his. Maybe experiment with the photos in the darkroom or using
Photoshop.
What you have done? What I have done in
this photo shoot is use the same model
throughout all my photos but change the
look for my model for every different
stereotype.
Why you have done it? I have done this idea
to follow the inspiration of my photo shoot,
but also to keep the howl thing simple and
the focus just being on the model itself.
What do you think of the result? I am quite
happy and impressed with the whole
outcome of the photo shoot. It’s exactly
how I wanted the photo’s to come out if not
better.
