Part 2 : My personal synthesis of the exercises present in the book .
I am only posting it for inspiring you, adapt the knowledge from the book to form your own
exercises or use the official exercises provided above.
- Habit 1 * Apply the Lucidity habit during the day using the triggers.
The lucidity method means :
1- Tap upon your nose.
2- Tell yourself “I observe the world, I observe myself.”
3- Then Focus on your plait in your back.
4- It allows to focus your attention on your awareness centre, this point between the inner and
outer screens.
You gain control of yourself , the capacity to respond to and to control the situation around you.
Your energy starts flowing differently making you attractive.

1-Whenever I intend to performing any activity during the day > I take a break and apply the
lucidity method.
2-Whenever during the day a event, a object or a person attracts your attention > I take a break
and apply the lucidity method.
- Habit 2 * Listen to your reality transurfing wake up track in the morning.
When you wake up in the morning listen to your reality transurfing morning track either on the
radio or under the form of alarm.

- Habit 3 * Listen to your outdoor training exercises.
*Technique 1 : Bringing back your attention to center.
When going outdoor regularly tell to yourself “I observe the world, I observe myself.”
Keep your awareness upon your plait on your back.
When noticing any element attracting your attention, making you lose your focus, label it then
bring your back to center.
When not working on the first technique apply the second technique.
*Technique 2 : Turning the key and transition.
1- When there are not a lot of pedestrians nearby, as you walk turn the key.
2- Project your slide and immerse yourself within it.
3- Apply clear sight by gazing ahead of you with a look of conscious awareness. Do not think or
analyse anything; just take in with clear sight whatever you see ahead of you and further into the
distance.
4-For a few seconds there will appear to be a change in nuances of the scenery you were seeing
before you started the practice, a sense of deja vu. When you look at a familiar view with clear
sight you will notice that although the picture is basically the same, there is something new about
it as if some new yet barely perceptible hue had been added. It will be as if you had seen it before
somewhere, not the specific details of the scene but a certain feeling, mood or after-taste – a hue.
5- During the transaction process visualising the slide strengthens the force of the wind of
intention. In these moments the quality of your thought energy significantly differs from the
frequencies of your current life line. Clear sight attunes you to waking up and capturing the
moment of change of time line.
6-You cannot move forward or backwards in time within the same life line. This would be a
contradiction of the laws of cause and effect. However, theoretically it is possible to move
through time between different life lines and retrieve feelings, information and sensations.
Every line has its specific inherent features, taste and tones. For a few moments you will really
feel movement in time and space.

Whenever I go out > I take a break and apply either the technique 1 bringing back your attention
to center or I apply the technique 2 turning the key and transition.
- Habit 4 * Apply the Frame illumination habit during the day using the triggers.
The frame illumination method means :
1- Become lucid.
2- Start turning the keys. Imagine, two arrows are protruding from your chest in opposite
directions: one from the chest (or from the stomach) outwards and one from between the
shoulders (or lower) and backwards.
3- Now. Take an in-breath and then on the out-breath.
Imagine on one side that the arrow in front is turning into an upward vertical position.
Imagine simultaneously that the arrow behind you is turning in a vertical position pointing
downwards.
4- Now. Try to sense both energy currents as they flow simultaneously.
The rising current, triggered by the frontal arrow, moves along the whole body just a little
forward of the central axis, while the descending current triggered by the arrow behind the back
also flows along the length of the whole body slightly beyond the axis.
5- Repeat this cycle several times, so that you really start to feel the energy flowing in the body.
6- Now. Activate your plait by visualizing a arrow from the nape of the neck protruding at a
angle.
7- Now. Without letting go of the sensation of the plait (the arrow), compose a picture of your
reality. You associate fully and see at the first person when you compose and act. Use thoughts,
words, visualisation — whatever works best for you. Repeat your thought form if you have one
and visualize it. At the same time, make sure that you are breathing freely. You are projecting the
screen with your projector not visualizing. Don’t apply effort. Do not forget to imagine yourself
inside the slide rather than watching it like a scene in a film. See yourself in a situation where the
goal has already been achieved. To connect yourself with the slide imagine what you would be
feeling if you were living it in reality. Touch the scene with you hands, imagine the sounds,
smells or any other sensations that easily come to you.
8-Consider the plait as a film projector. As you keep your center of attention on the plait,
imagine a picture of the future appearing upon the reality screen in front of you.
9- Now. Without losing the sense of the plait (the arrow), take an in-breath and on the out-breath
sharply send the arrow into a vertical downward position.
10- When the arrow reaches the vertical position visualize it triggering both energy currents.
11- Triggering the energy flow, get the energy going and then let the flow continue moving
through the body of its own accord.
12- Staying aware of the movement of the rising and descending energy flows, say the following
thought form quietly to yourself or aloud:
My intention is being realised. If it works out then great, and if it doesn’t, even better it will be to
my advantage.
13- Imagine that a sphere is expanding outwards from your body in all directions as if your
energy field had suddenly exploded.
The explosion wave can extend as far as you are able to imagine it.
You can repeat this step several times until you are tired of it.
So what is happening here? You create a mental image and send it out into the universe. You can
be certain that your thought will not be lost without trace.
You just have to bear in mind that the mirror works with a delay.
14- Then let go of all the sensations you have been working with.
15- Say this statement : Although the ‘how’ may be unbeknownst to me, the world will carry me
and everything will work its way through.
Only be surprised when you don’t receive, not when you do.

1-Whenever I suddenly expect for something during the day > I apply the frame illumination
habit.
2-Whenever I suddenly intend to go somewhere during the day > I apply the frame illumination
habit.
3-Whenever I suddenly intend to achieve something during the day > I apply the frame
illumination habit.
4-Whenever I suddenly encounter a problem during the day > I apply the frame illumination
habit.
# Habit 5 * Apply the Advantage habit during the day using the triggers.
1-According to the principle of polarity, reality is dual in nature, any event or information in life
is made up of the negative and the positive. Choose to exploit the positive polarity of the event or
information which appears negative or strange to you.
2-Choosing the positive polarity is beginning to attribute a positive polarity to any upcoming
frames.
3-A negative event or information could be the script taking the path of least resistance to make
you reach your previously set goal frame.
4-Become lucid.
5-During the state of lucidity ask yourself: what is the advantage in this opinion or event which
seem negative or strange ?
6-If an answer comes to you, accept it and take the advantage .
7-If no answer comes to you, try to accept the idea of advantage anyway.
8-You may employ your critical thinking methods.

1-Whenever a event occurring in my life is causing in me a feeling of aversion or strangeness> I
automatically apply the Advantage habit.
2-Whenever a information or opinion that I receive is causing in me a feeling of aversion or
strangeness > I automatically apply the Advantage habit.
3-Whenever i feel irritation, depression, anxiety, aggression, or fear > I automatically apply the
Advantage habit.
# Habit 6 * Apply the Following the Decrees of power habit during the day using the
triggers.
1. You can not calculate precisely how to achieve the goal frame. There are too many variants,
subtle details, people, circumstances and events involved and all of them are equally unknown to
you. The script can solve the task with ease, and so your task is to follow it, meaning following
the decrees of power.
2. Become lucid.
3. Think about the topic of your goal frame.
4. Ask yourself, sense, what is the first dictate telling you? The first impulse, your intuition or
presentiment.
5. If an answer comes to you, follow the dictate.
6. If no answer comes to you, compose the goal frame and try following
again.

2. Whenever I feel like I want something to strictly go according to my plan > I apply the

#Habit 7 : Collapsing the egregore.
You can collapse the pendulum by acknowledging the existence of a disturbance, the fact
of it, using your mind and then passing by being indifferent to it with your heart. By
doing so you will deprive it of your mental energy.

#Habit 8 : Extinguishing the egregore.

#Habit 9 : Using Confirmations for reinforcing your goal frame.

details.

confirmations starting to pop up in your life. It may be the key to synchronicity.

# Habit 10 : Appreciation of life.
1-Strive regularly during the day to spot and note in your notebook confirmations from your past
and your present and certain future.

certain future.
3-Repeat regularly during the day the following affirmation :
“My world chooses the best for me. When I go with the alternatives flow the world meets me
halfway. I create the layer of my world with intention. My world protects me. My world

#Habit 11 : News non emotional reaction habit.
1-Remain stoic in front of news and act accordingly.
2-Take notes.
3-Take decisions.

# Habit 12 : Neutralizing harassing thoughts habit.
If you have a type of thought harassing you, do not try to change the thought, just change the
target of the thought.

# Technique 1 : The 4 steps comprehensive reality Trans-surfing goal
achievement technique.

1 Whenever I have an expectation for something to happen; I am awaiting or hoping for

3. Whenever I have a problem that needs resolving > I apply the 4 steps comprehensive reality

Step 1 of the technique : The frame illumination process.
In this step you take a passive engagement in the manifestation of your goal frame by moulding
the image.
Part 1 - Scheduling Repetitions :
You must schedule several times during the day at which you will perform repetition of your
practice.
Part 2 -Creating the Thought form using a affirmation and a mind map :
1- Form a affirmation series which is going to be the corupus of your thought form.
Below are some examples :
Thought form 1 < I am a high ranking specialist unique in my field. My services are in great
demand. I derive much pleasure from my work. My contribution is highly valued. I do
everything brilliantly. >
Thought form 2 < I don’t go out to work. I focus on the home, the family, and the children. As a
wife and mother, I am one in a million. My husband is in love with me. The children adore me. I
also love them all and take care of them. The atmosphere in our home is cosy and joyful. I cheer
everyone up. >
Thought form 3 < I am in perfect health. I have a strong, toned, sexy body. It doesn’t matter how
old I am. I have the body of a twenty year old and I always will have. I will always be twenty
because that is what I have decided. I feel amazing. I have high levels of vitality and a powerful
energy field. >
Thought form 4 < I am a very charming individual. There is a certain metaphysical glow about
me. People sense it and are drawn to me. I have my own individual charm. I am generally a very
attractive (charismatic) person. Everyone enjoys my company. I bring with me a feeling of joy
and celebration. People are drawn to me. Everyone likes me. >
2- Create a mind of your goal around this thought form and brainstorm about it.
3- You must only project during the frame illumination the step of the goal which is closer to
you.
-Part 4 : Induce a relaxed state of oneness with the universe.
1-Without hurrying quickly scan the entire surface of your body in one go with your inner eye
and release any contraction.
2-Focus your attention on the feeling on the surface of your body. Imagine that your skin is a
membrane that suddenly and rapidly warms through from the inside out. Imagine this stage in
any way you like: your skin is warming up, covered in a tingling sensation or electrical
discharge.
3-Now imagine that energy is sparkling all over the surface of your body like iridescence on a
soap bubble. In this moment you are a part of the Universe and are in perfect balance with it.
4-The integral feeling you experience when you feel the entire surface of your body overflowing
with energy is equivalent to a state of relaxation, balance and oneness with the world. After you
have practiced the exercise a few times you will begin to achieve this state instantly and soon,
inducing a relaxed state will be as easy as folding your arms.

In this step, after having illuminated your goal frame, you integrate bridges evoking your goal
frame in your current frame of reality so that both are mingled together. You must make the heart

- Step 3 of the technique : Behaving.
In this step you indirectly take an active engagement in the manifestation of your goal frame by
molding the reflection.
- Part 1 - Acting in anticipation.
1 ) Based on the Hermetic axiom as within so without.
2 ) Once you have illuminated your goal frame.
3 ) Start to pretend to be, to have or to do the object of your goal.
4 ) Take steps in your life as if you already have, you already are or you already do.
5 ) Integrate in your lifestyle the elements of already having, the elements of already being, the
elements of already doing.
6 ) For example, you want to have your own home. You wander round the shops looking at
furniture and items to decorate the interior as if you already had a home.
You want to be an architect, present yourself as one, do what an architect does, surround yourself
with architects.
7) Apply scenery reduction all through the day :
Your surrounding environment can also be brought into alignment with your expectations of the
goal. You may be walking in the park and turning the target slide over in your mind in which you
are working in the garden in front of your house. Look at the trees and the grass through the
prism of your slide. You will feel the scene transforming, acquiring new hues. You might have
the feeling that in a virtual sense you are already in that garden. This effect arises as a result of
the slide being projected over the scene. Your attention is partly focused on the sector of the
alternatives space where your future garden exists whilst your eyes perceive material reality of
the present moment. What happens is a kind of transformation of current reality in the manner of
the sector representing your goal. In these moments the process which involves the
materialization of your mental image acquires greater intensity.
7 ) By doing so the image shapes the reflection in the mirror.
Part 2 - Using the Here take method and fulfilling other people needs :
1. When you want something always strive to give something upfront before receiving, you cant
always give to a person the exact same thing so give them what is missing in their existence or
what they need. Contact is the only way you can indirectly influence other characters scripts not

3. Write down what you want. Ex : I want help / I want to be understood

it involves doing it for others. Ex : Help others just as reflection helped you in the mirror / Listen
to others just as reflection listened to you in the mirror.
7. Additionally, make a slide visualizing the people getting what is missing in their lives or what
they may need.
8. This is the meaning behind replacing “give me” with “here take”. Reality will send you back
what you did with others like a boomerang sooner or later.
-Step 4 of the technique : Listening.
In this step you start looking for direction, navigating the flow of frames leading to the
materialization of your goal.
- Part 1 - Following and listening to the decrees of power :
1.After you have illuminated your goal frame, enter the various doors which you logically
believe may lead to those changes you look for
Whenever you find out that things are not going according to your expectations, listen to the
decrees of power.
2. Become lucid.
1. Think about the topic of your goal frame.
2. Ask yourself, sense, what is the first dictum telling you? The first impulse, your intuition or
presentiment.
3. If an answer comes to you, follow the dictate.
4. If no answer comes to you, compose the goal frame and try following again.
-Part 2 - Using Confirmations for reinforcing your goal frame :
As soon as you spot a positive change or shift, a confirmation, or a streak of luck immediately
note it and activate the plait to savor your achievements, taking pleasure in all the details.
To do so repeat the frame illumination and add to the original thought form any of the following
thought markers :

-Step 5 of the technique : Night shift.
Perform the frame illumination before sleep. This is the time of the day where you drift between
mental frequencies, it is easier for immersion and continuation of projection during your sleep.
# Technique 3 : The Identity shifting technique.
I also invite you to also establish your life purpose using the technique found in the book “NLP
the new technology of achievement” by the author Charles Faulkner.
It may also be used in order to develop a life credo.
Shifting your identity powerfully alters your personal vibration.
Shaping your identity and establishing your own credo develops unity of mind and heart.
An appearance change grounded with the right intention is also powerful.
- Step 1 of the identity shifting technique : Crafting a new identity - Creating your 2.0
character.
1) Get a piece of paper to serve as your programming document.
2) Draw a picture of your ideal self at the center.
*Make the drawing of your ideal self as creative as possible.
*Add attributes and accessories representing qualities of your ideal self.
*How you want this character to look and be.
2) On the first branch define 5 superpowers that this character has.
*Those are traits that the character poses that helps him to achieve whatever you want him to
achieve.
*Add description of what this superpower enables him to do.
Ex : Quazi amazing leadership skills allow him to have a super motivated team and his
customers look to him for advice and guidance.
3) On the second branch define 5 accomplishments that this character has.
*Think longer term.
Ex : He has built a multimillion dollar earning business.
4) On the third branch define 5 key habits that this character has and makes who he is.
*You can write them as qualities.
Ex : Early riser. He wakes at 5 am or 6 am everyday naturally.
5) Define this character style.
*What kind of hairstyle, outfit etc…
6) On the fourth branch create 5 affirmations that bridge the gap from where you are now to
where you want to get to.
*You can form them out of your superpowers.
*You read them every morning and every night as you go to bed for a period of 40 days.
- Step 2 of the identity shifting technique : Staying within this identity.
Once you are working on actively dissolving the self and you have crafted your new wanted
identity you must now make sure you are staying with the identity constantly.
Your identity is dynamic, it is not static, you must work actively to maintain it.
You must ground this identity into reality using either of those two methods :
*Method 1 for staying within this identity that you envisioned : Fake it until you make it.
Who you pretend to be is who you will become.
Then once you are done you tell yourself I can not believe I was any other way.
How can you begin to fake the qualities you have listed until you make it ?
Ex : Buying a fake rolex, pretending to be who you think you are during social interactions etc…
*Method 2 for staying within this identity that you envisioned : Keeping a confirmation journal.
Get a little pocket notebook and use it as your confirmation journal of your self transformation.
# Technique 4 : The past life integration technique.
1. You have power accumulated from your past lives that you can access by doing the following.
2. Activate the plait with flow.
3. Declare the thought form : I declare my right. I return my power. I acquire the power of all my
previous incarnations .
4. Every time that you see a confirmation that it is working, add the thought marker to the initial
declaration : I can see that my personal power really is increasing.
5. You will soon gradually come to sense an increase in your personal power, self-confidence
,and strength of spirit.
# Technique 5 : Reality creation loop correction.
The relation between the image within and the mirror can be represented by a loop cycle.
This loop is the following for most people, it is a flawed loop that must be corrected :
1) The loop begins with : Observation.
People tend to begin by looking at the reflection that is already there.
The problem is that the present that they perceive is a delayed reflection of the past.
All actions, decisions, subconscious beliefs of the past combined to generate the present moment
we have no influence over the present, the past generated the second upon which you are
actually living into.
People use their observations of the present in order to form their image.
1) Then comes : Image.
Those are thoughts and attitudes that we present to the mirror.
When you form the image the mirror has no choice but to reflect it.
2) Then finally : Reflection.
The mirror reflects form reality in accordance with the image.
People at this point observe the same reflection again and they keep stuck with it.
To fix our reality here is the corrected loop that we must employ :
1) You begin with : The image.
We turn away from the reflection, our current reality, we have realized that what we observe was
formed by decisions made in the past.
We focus on composing tomorrow by choosing today consciously.
We choose the image by saying this is what I have and this is what I want.
2) Then : Reflection.
The mirror has no choice but to begin reflecting our composed image by little amounts. Little by
little.
3) And finally : We confirm/observe.
We look at the mirror and check what is working, this thing I wanted is currently working, this
other thing I wanted is currently happening, this one is improving.
You only observe the things you would like to confirm. Your power of influence upon reality
starts increasing in a loop like a snowball effect.
#Technique 6 : Reduction of attachment.
1-List in your notebook everything you feel attachment for concerning yourself, your experience,
what you do, what you have, your relationships.
2-Be aware of the list and create a feeling of detachment about it.
# Technique 6 : Anchoring positive feelings to your goal.
Whenever you have a positive feeling natural or artificially induced switch in your mind the
word of the original object source of the feeling with the word of the thought of your S-creen to
anchor the feeling to your goal. Example : You eat a piece of cake making you feel good, tell
yourself in your mind X goal is making me feel good.

I am only posting it for inspiring you, adapt the knowledge from the book to form your own exercises or use the official exercises provided above. - Habit 1 * Apply the Lucidity habit during the day using the triggers. Imagine simultaneously that the arrow behind you is turning in a vertical position pointing downwards. 4- Now. Try to sense both energy currents as they flow simultaneously. The rising current, triggered by the frontal arrow, moves along the whole body just a little forward of the central axis, while the descending current triggered by the arrow behind the back also flows along the length of the whole body slightly beyond the axis. 5- Repeat this cycle several times, so that you really start to feel the energy flowing in the body. 6- Now. Reality will send you back what you did with others like a boomerang sooner or later. -Step 4 of the technique : Listening.   • 20. 1) Get a piece of paper to serve as your programming document. 2) Draw a picture of your ideal self at the center. *Make the drawing of your ideal self as creative as possible. *Add attributes and accessories representing qualities of your ideal self. *How you want this character to look and be. 2) On the first branch define 5 superpowers that this character has. *Those are traits that the character poses that helps him to achieve whatever you want him to achieve. *Add description of what this superpower enables him to do. Ex : Quazi amazing leadership skills allow him to have a super motivated team and his customers look to him for advice and guidance. 3) On the second branch define 5 accomplishments that this character has. *Think longer term. Ex : He has built a multimillion dollar earning business. 4) On the third branch define 5 key habits that this character has and makes who he is. *You can write them as qualities. Ex : Early riser. He wakes at 5 am or 6 am everyday naturally. 5) Define this character style. *What kind of hairstyle, outfit etc… 6) On the fourth branch create 5 affirmations that bridge the gap from where you are now to where you want to get to. *You can form them out of your superpowers. *You read them every morning and every night as you go to bed for a period of 40 days.
  • 21. - Step 2 of the identity shifting technique : Staying within this identity. Once you are working on actively dissolving the self and you have crafted your new wanted identity you must now make sure you are staying with the identity constantly. Your identity is dynamic, it is not static, you must work actively to maintain it. You must ground this identity into reality using either of those two methods : *Method 1 for staying within this identity that you envisioned : Fake it until you make it. Who you pretend to be is who you will become. Then once you are done you tell yourself I can not believe I was any other way. How can you begin to fake the qualities you have listed until you make it ? Ex : Buying a fake rolex, pretending to be who you think you are during social interactions etc… *Method 2 for staying within this identity that you envisioned : Keeping a confirmation journal. Get a little pocket notebook and use it as your confirmation journal of your self transformation. # Technique 4 : The past life integration technique. 1. You have power accumulated from your past lives that you can access by doing the following. 2. Activate the plait with flow. 3. Declare the thought form : I declare my right. I return my power. I acquire the power of all my previous incarnations .
  • 22. 4. Every time that you see a confirmation that it is working, add the thought marker to the initial declaration : I can see that my personal power really is increasing. 5. You will soon gradually come to sense an increase in your personal power, self-confidence ,and strength of spirit. # Technique 5 : Reality creation loop correction. The relation between the image within and the mirror can be represented by a loop cycle. This loop is the following for most people, it is a flawed loop that must be corrected : 1) The loop begins with : Observation. People tend to begin by looking at the reflection that is already there. The problem is that the present that they perceive is a delayed reflection of the past. All actions, decisions, subconscious beliefs of the past combined to generate the present moment we have no influence over the present, the past generated the second upon which you are actually living into. People use their observations of the present in order to form their image. 1) Then comes : Image. Those are thoughts and attitudes that we present to the mirror. When you form the image the mirror has no choice but to reflect it. 2) Then finally : Reflection. The mirror reflects form reality in accordance with the image. People at this point observe the same reflection again and they keep stuck with it.
  • 23. To fix our reality here is the corrected loop that we must employ : 1) You begin with : The image. We turn away from the reflection, our current reality, we have realized that what we observe was formed by decisions made in the past. We focus on composing tomorrow by choosing today consciously. We choose the image by saying this is what I have and this is what I want. 2) Then : Reflection. The mirror has no choice but to begin reflecting our composed image by little amounts. Little by little. 3) And finally : We confirm/observe. We look at the mirror and check what is working, this thing I wanted is currently working, this other thing I wanted is currently happening, this one is improving. You only observe the things you would like to confirm. Your power of influence upon reality starts increasing in a loop like a snowball effect. #Technique 6 : Reduction of attachment. 1-List in your notebook everything you feel attachment for concerning yourself, your experience, what you do, what you have, your relationships. 2-Be aware of the list and create a feeling of detachment about it. # Technique 6 : Anchoring positive feelings to your goal. Whenever you have a positive feeling natural or artificially induced switch in your mind the word of the original object source of the feeling with the word of the thought of your S-creen to anchor the feeling to your goal. Example : You eat a piece of cake making you feel good, tell yourself in your mind X goal is making me feel good.
