11. 4 Common Pay Rules Scheduled Start – Early/Late in Time Time will not be automatically counted before Schedule unless by Supervisor Approval. Unless, the Contractor has clocked in 2 hours before schedule will Track assume that the contractor was called out to begin work early for the day. Contractors must be onsite 5 minutes before Schedule. If they clock in the 5 minute window before schedule, they will be docked fifteen minutes. If they clock in after the scheduled start, they will be docked 30 minutes. Examples: 0700-1530 Schedule 0656 clock in will result in dock of 15 minutes. 0701 clock in will result in dock of 30 minutes. Scheduled End – Early/Late Time Time will not be counted after end of schedule unless by Supervisor Approval. Grace Periods There will be no grace Periods entered into Track.

12. 5 Common Pay Rules Lunch 30 minutes Lunch Deduction will occur after 75% of the scheduled work day. 8hr schedule – after 360 minutes, 10hr –after 450 minutes. Any offsite time during the lunch period over and above the 30 minute period will be counted towards the total lunch deduction. Rounding Rounding will be counted in 15 minutes increments. Rounding will round down to the nearest 15th minutes increment.
