Editor's Notes
- We didn't one day decide to become a lean company. Roy, some product folks, and some engineering folks began learning about the lean startup movement and principles on their own. As a product, design, and engineering org we sat and watched the video of Eric's first public talk to Standford students. (we could tell an anecdote here about how I freaked out Eric by tweeting that we were listening to him speak. He replied on twitter WTF, but of course we were just watching the video) Later we were able to convince Eric to come to do a Q&A session with the same audience We can see the vision. We are BigCo lean startup early-adopters. We hope to help fill in some gaps.
