Editor's Notes
- In addtition to events shown, Sandra is organizing Bag Stuffing Friday Afternoon and John is organizing a dinner for the Speakers and Sponsors at Acenar on the Riverwalk Friday Night.
- Registration will be to the left as you walk in the front door. We have 5 volunteers for RSVPs in Alphabetical Order by Last Name with Preprinted Name Labels and one volunteer for Walk Ins. Bexar is the main auditorium with 4 entrances and will be opened up into 4 surrounding rooms, Atascosa, Bandera, Frio and Kendall. It will hold the opening and closing sessions and 5 breakout sessions. Medina, Real, Maverick and La Salle will each hold 5 breakout sessions. Dimmit is closed off from Bexar as a Speaker Prep Area and may hold items that don’t fit under the skirt of the registration tables. Sponsors will be in an open area between the auditorium and breakout rooms.
