1. What did you expect to accomplish on the project this week?
· I intend to have the suitable information systems.
· This week I expect to initiate ideas that will facilitate the
decision-making process.
· I intend to come up with the alternative information systems
that will allow me to go for the best out of the presented ones.
· I expect to lay out a strategy that will facilitate effective
information systems for decision-making.
2. What did you actually accomplish on the project this week?
· I managed to gather the alternatives information systems.
· I was in a position to tire up ideas that will facilitate suitable
decision-making process.
· I was able to have a layout strategy for information systems
for decision-making.
3. What issues have arisen, and what help do you need?
· The problem came in the process of having defined decision-
making process I faced hard time to implement some of the
decision-making tools required for my project.
· However, I struggled to achieve it and the end of the day but I
will need to be added some knowledge on decision-making
process so that I can avoid the problems that marred my project
at this stage.
4. What must you accomplish to be ready for the kickoff
presentation next week?
· Next week presentation is a serious affair that I look up to but
for me to be ready for the kickoff it is necessary that I have an
understanding over my selected information system for
decision-making.
· My understanding of the concept will help me in my
presentation so that I can be in a position to manipulate the
presentation they way that suit the talk.

1.What did you expect to accomplish on the project this week?
· I expect at the end of this week I will be in a position to have
the alternative information systems and from the wide range I
will be in a position to choose what suits my project.
· I also intend to roll-out proper decision-making mechanism
that will facilitate in making some decisions that influence on
the project.
· Furthermore, I understand that need to have a defined method
that will help in yielding the set project goal so I will also focus
on the same.
2. What did you accomplish on the project this week?
· I could have a defined strategy that will help me in the role of
the information system for the decision-making.
· I attained my set goal in ensuring that the decision-making is
streamlined based on the demands of the project.
3. What issues have arisen, and what help do you need?
· One of the issues of concern that arose was the selection of the
suitable information system because of the varieties of the
systems presented during this week.
· After the verification of the project I expected nothing less
than perfection that is why I had hard times to go for the most
suitable information system.
· I think I should be awarded more time and resources that will
help me in the discerning of the information systems so that I
can have minimal time under this activity.
4. What must you accomplish to be ready for the kickoff
presentation next week?
· Next week presentation is a serious affair that I look up to, but
for me to be ready for the kickoff, it is necessary that I have an
understanding of my selected information system for decision-
making.

Assignment 2: The Presentation
Due Week 10 and worth 200 points
Congratulations. Your project has been staffed and you are
about to meet with the team for the first time.
Initial impressions are important and you’ll need visuals for
your presentation. Create a slide show (in
PowerPoint or similar software) in which you address the
following, in this order:
1. Goals: What the project hopes to accomplish.
2. Critical Success Factors: Identify at least 4 different
stakeholders; for each, list at least 2 things
that the stakeholder requires in order to deem the project
successful.
3. Acquisition strategy: Should the system be built in-house,
created by a contractor, purchased off-
the-shelf and customized, or leased as a service? Explain your
rationale.
4. Resources: For in-house development, what people/skills are
required and what development
lifecycle do you recommend? Otherwise, identify 3 candidate
organizations that can deliver the
system.
5. System functions: In a table format, summarize the types of
users for the system; the business
reason(s) each would use the system; the ways that the system
supports each of these needs;
and how this support differs from the current system.
6. Connectivity: Provide a diagram that shows how the system
will connect to the other information
systems and what data flows among them.
7. Security: List the most serious cybersecurity threats and
vulnerabilities of the new system.
Suggest strategies to address them.
8. Mobility: Identify the system’s capabilities for mobile use.
Include a title and summary slide. Use one slide for each of the
8 points above. Include speaker notes or
audio narration that explains each slide more fully.
Grading for this assignment will be based on answer quality,
logic / organization of the paper, and
language and writing skills, using the following rubric.

What did you actually accomplish on the project this week? · I managed to gather the alternatives information systems. · I was in a position to tire up ideas that will facilitate suitable decision-making process. · I was able to have a layout strategy for information systems for decision-making. 3. What issues have arisen, and what help do you need? · The problem came in the process of having defined decision- making process I faced hard time to implement some of the decision-making tools required for my project. · However, I struggled to achieve it and the end of the day but I will need to be added some knowledge on decision-making process so that I can avoid the problems that marred my project at this stage. 4. What must you accomplish to be ready for the kickoff presentation next week? · Next week presentation is a serious affair that I look up to but for me to be ready for the kickoff it is necessary that I have an understanding over my selected information system for decision-making. · My understanding of the concept will help me in my presentation so that I can be in a position to manipulate the presentation they way that suit the talk. What issues have arisen, and what help do you need? · One of the issues of concern that arose was the selection of the suitable information system because of the varieties of the systems presented during this week. · After the verification of the project I expected nothing less than perfection that is why I had hard times to go for the most suitable information system. · I think I should be awarded more time and resources that will help me in the discerning of the information systems so that I can have minimal time under this activity. 4. What must you accomplish to be ready for the kickoff presentation next week? · Next week presentation is a serious affair that I look up to, but for me to be ready for the kickoff, it is necessary that I have an understanding of my selected information system for decision- making.
