Institutuion refers to an organisation, which represents some enduring social values, ideals of society, which acts as a change agent for society and which cherish and nurture the ideals of the society. The internal structures and process helps institution in promoting social ideals and values. Institutions help in social development. In comparison to organisations, instititons get more respect, and credibility in society.

4. What factors contribute to development of an institution ? Its goals, mission, purpose, ideals how well does it understand the society and social framework leadership, its vision, culture, values and ethos of the institution
