1. Kik Fitness Buddies:)?
I am trying to lose weight. I am 17, 5"4' and I weigh 145 pounds. I want to lose weight so that I can
be happier and healthier.
A normal diet for me consists of rice/pasta (in moderation), organic vegetables, organic fruit, organic
soy milk or organic almond milk, water, and seafood.
Recently, I have started a 10 day juice fast. I am on day 4 of 10.
I admit I don't exercise a lot. T^T
If I do have time to exercise, I will do one or more of the following:
oBike riding
oWalking
oRunning
oJumping Jacks
oDancing
oHiking
oSwimming
oLunges
oSit Ups
oPush Ups ( I suck at these, but I try)
oCrunches
There might be more, but that's all I can think of at the moment ><.
If anyone is interested in being my health buddy, that would be great. I have a kik and my e-mail.
You don't have to want to lose weight to be my buddy either. You can be a personal trainer/coach for
me if you are willing to help me out. If you want someone to lose weight or get fit with, then we can
help each other out.
So yeah. Please tell me if you're interested :3 I would love to have a buddy, and I hope a lot of people
respond because the more buddies I have, the more I am inspired to keep going and the more advice
and coaching I get ><
