Nowadays peoples need to more conscious about healthy food as well as fitness... Because good food brings good health... And a healthy body means more energy and more immunity
1. What good ways are there for losing body fat? And eating
less?
:- I could start dropping you info about high satiety foods, protein, calories in calories out,
exercise, HORRIFYING stories about FAD diets…
But there is another issue...
The issue that most dieters face and…FAIL...
Imagine you love fruits, grains, veggies and then you read how cool low-carb
diet is (it’s not, though) and how good it is for quick weight loss (weight, not fat).
So you hop on a low-carb train going to Thinsville. Hooray..!
Flash forward to the 4th week of your diet - it’s Saturday and you’re on a massive binge.
Which was expected…

My point is this:
I can talk for hours about calories, food tracking and stuff but if you choose an approach
that you can’t adhere to long term, you’re fuc*ked!
This is why I HATE when so-called “experts” try to get you on a keto, low-carb, paleo diet
because it happened to work for them...
You can’t put someone on a low-carb diet if he/she loves carbs... Adherence and
sustainability would go down the drain for that person...
If you don’t see yourself maintaining weight with the method you have lost weight, the
method you chose is unsustainable…

According to experts, drink
enough water to lose
weight... Adding lemon to
the water makes the water
tasty. This water reduces
the fat stored in the
stomach... Lemons
2. contain fiber, potassium, vitamin C, vitamin B-6, pectin and acid. Its antioxidants not only
protect against free radicals, but also keep the heart healthy and protect against
cancer...
Lemonade contains many nutrients... Moreover it is very beneficial in weight loss...
Because it contains pectin... Lemon water helps control appetite. Importantly, the urge to
eat junk food decreases... Flavonoids boost metabolism... Drinking lemon water daily
can reduce inflammation in the body and help to balance the amount of water and flush
out toxins. Lemon contains potassium, which helps in weight loss and blood pressure...
Lemonade keeps the body hydrated…

This is why I recommend this:
Don’t go on any diet you saw on facebook. Just don’t. Start with eating the way you eat
just do these tweaks:
1. Start logging food intake (eg. myfitness pal) and put yourself into a
calorie deficit.
2. Bump up protein, fruit & veggie intake. Don’t worry about macros just yet.
3. Eat as many times a day as you like. Meal frequency means sh*t.
4. Eat about 80% whole foods and 20% “fun” foods (be flexible)
3. Even though you are planning on gaining weight, you should still stick to consuming
whole, natural, healthy foods to consume these extra calories... Don’t forget that
micronutrients that are less common in calorically dense foods are needed to keep
your body running smoothly…
That’s it... Do these tweaks first... No food elimination or restriction... No
perfectionism and, therefore, no freakn’ bingeing…
Stay healthy, stay happy…
Thank you… :)
