Interview One

Q: Are you a vegetarian?
A: Yes, I am.

Q: How would you feel about the introduction of a recipe card based around
vegetarian meals and snacks?
A: I would find this very helpful, it is incredibly difficult to find the appropriate recipes
suitable for vegetarians.

Q: How do you feel about healthy eating? E.g. five-a-day
A: I find this very important, I like to maintain a healthy diet and keep myself in shape.

Q: What kind of ingredients would you usually buy when cooking a basic meal?
A: Preferably organic ingredients, but it is an added bonus if the prices are affordable.

Q: When reading forms of print media that are relevant to cooking, what sort of
layout do you prefer?
A: I’d like the layout to be fairly basic and clean, easy to read. I often find with most
cookery books that they are heavily jumbled with small text that is hard to read from a
distance whilst cooking.
