manor houses into luxury apartments.
Duties included:
Key contract negotiation and site management.
Daily organisation of all sites, working with up to 45 sub-contractors.
Preparing tender documents, often resulting in savings for ACG construct and successful bids.
Notable merits included:
Acted as consultant for the Belgian Sub-contractor and Primary Contractor of the Channel Tunnel.
Clarified language discrepancies (Dutch and French) and resolved the resulting misunderstandings in the
interpretation of the contractual documents.
