 Preparation of feasibility study, cost benefit analysis and budget for the client and investors.
 Assisted in the patent application process, sale and final design on 2 intellectual properties on behalf of
involved parties.

 Designed and changed zoning from industrial to residential in The Pipeworks Building, obtaining full consent
of both the council and the neighbourhood association for the construction of 50 apartments.

A firm specialising in major renovation and restoration works, particularly the transformation of prestigious
manor houses into luxury apartments.
Duties included:
 Key contract negotiation and site management.
 Daily organisation of all sites, working with up to 45 sub-contractors.
 Preparing tender documents, often resulting in savings for ACG construct and successful bids.
Notable merits included:
Acted as consultant for the Belgian Sub-contractor and Primary Contractor of the Channel Tunnel.
 Clarified language discrepancies (Dutch and French) and resolved the resulting misunderstandings in the
interpretation of the contractual documents.

 Contracted to rejuvenate, restore and manage a 10Ha greenhouse project in Al Kharj (a desert town),
cultivating tomatoes and cucumbers.
