2. Re-Vive and Alides acquired the former Imperial Shipyards in the Polish
Hanseatic city of Gdansk. The old shipyards will be regenerated into a
vibrant, mixed use new city district. Based on the existing zoning plan the
total development potential represents about 300.000 sqm built surface.
To realise this unique and groundbreaking project, Alides and Re-vive are
engaging a full-time Senior Project Developer to manage the local project
management structure in Gdansk, Poland.
Personality:
-- You are passionate about urban regeneration and architecture.

3. Skills:
-- Preferably you have a Master in Architecture or a Master in Engineering
with an formation in urban development.
-- An extra financial executive education or MBA is an asset.
-- You can build on an extensive professional experience in a general
management function in real estate.
-- You have experience in complex urban development exercises and
construction techniques.
-- You are accurate and efficient, persistent but diplomatic and you use
your social skills to build a strong network.
-- You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of Polish or willingness
to learn it is a great asset.
4. Function:
You are responsible from the conceptual phase of this new district until the
delivery of the project; this covers the following tasks:
-- launching an international private competition for the lay-out of a new
masterplan and separate buildings;
-- the assignment and management of the designers and engineers;
-- monitoring of the commercial, financial and technical feasibility of the
proposed master plan;
-- controlling the budget;
-- coordinating local partners from design until delivery;
-- developing relations with local stakeholders in order to participate at
all negotiation levels;
-- participating in the complete preparation and marketing process,
including brand management and place making;
-- you coordinate the different financial, judicial and administrative as
pects of the development, from concept till realisation;
-- you facilitate, document and report the goals and results to the Board
of Directors of the joint venture between Alides and Re-Vive.
