income from $76,000 to $90,000 in one month and maintaining that income.

and community events. Maintained all move outs/SODA's. Strongest in
collecting all delinquent balances.

Assistant Manager +commissioned leaser 96 Units
Increase occupancy from 70% to 95% in one month.
Maintained all tax credit compliance.

This property required the same qualifications as above with the
exception of it being a HUD property. This property was also had a chill
water system.
