We employed Lee as a Site Manager at our Mary Morris House project in Headingley Leeds from
May through to November 2016, the project involved the refurbishment of existing student
accommodation increasing the premises from 180 to 250 bedrooms. The project involved a
complete strip out back to shell, demolition, new build and extensive refurbishment work.
I am happy to recommend Lee as a Site Manager, he has good knowledge of the industry, liaises
well with clients & professional services, organises & manages sub-contractors efficiently, and
ensures the administrative element of the role is completed as required. I’m sure Lee would be an
