A graduate MBA student get work experience employers are looking for graduates
with work experience.

- No employer is hiring graduates with no experience
- There are many graduates already and the only way to get
ahead is to go back to school
- There is no guarantee that after the MBA there will
be employment
- The government should create more job opportunities
for the youths in the country
- Schools should encourage and train
entrepreneurship
Part time jobs and internship postings at the
undergraduate level are critical for preparing
the students for the real world.
Take evening classes and get some part time job
or seek internship during the day to acquire the
required experience
It is unfair for employers to ask for 3 - 5 years
experience. Its a catch 22 situation, to get a job,
you need experience, to get experience, you
need a job.
What’s a graduate to do? :(
Schools need to change the conventional
teaching methods. Entrepreneurship is key
and it’s about time someone did something
about it.
Employers on the other hand need to offer
internship to graduates in order to give
