Abstract. Cheese paste with celery of high biological value - contains
celery, low fat cheese, grinded ginger root, rapeseed oil, salt. The
paste has an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic,
hepatoprotective and anti-cancer effect due to a high level of
phthalides. It is used in prostatitis treatment as well as in treatment of
rheumatism and gout, as a diuretic agent in diseases of the bladder
and urolithiasis, for the prevention of coronary heart disease, lower
blood pressure, and also as a restorative, laxative, emmenagogue and
lactation remedy for women.

contains parsley root, low fat lactic cheese, grinded ginger root,

phototoxic effect and also includes polyacetylenes which are natural
plant cell antibacterial components and are capable of inhibiting the
AIDS development and due to their cytotoxicity have an anti-cancer
effect.

impact on the gastrointestinal tract functions; promotes the toxins,
cholesterol and salts of heavy metals excretion from the body; supplements
the lack of biologically active substances necessary to maintain a healthy
sound condition; normalizes the carbohydrate and cholesterol metabolism,

Abstract: the bread is made according to traditional technology
without yeast on dry ferments based on a mixture of wheat, rye and
buckwheat flour at a ratio of 40:20:40. Buckwheat and flour made
from it contain significant amount of protein, balanced amino acid
composition, vitamins B, PP, rutin, dietary fiber, phenolic and mineral
substances (potassium, magnesium, iron). The use of buckwheat flour
with a unique chemical composition of dry ferments instead of
thermophilic yeast allows to receive the bread of high nutritional and
biological value and that can be recommended for a therapeutic and
preventive nutrition.

Abstract: The bread is made according to traditional technology without yeast
using dry sourdough from wheat flour and with addition of pre-boiled millet.
Despite the fact that millet is a non-traditional grain raw material in the
production of bread, it is a natural component and has a number of
advantages if compared to traditional raw materials. This grain is a source of
unsaturated fatty acids, vegetable protein, vitamins B, tocopherols,
carotenoids, phytosterols and other biologically active substances.
The developed formula allows to get a high-quality bread, which due to the
nutritious value of added millet can be recommended as a product of
therapeutic purpose.

Cheese paste with celery of high biological value - contains celery, low fat cheese, grinded ginger root, rapeseed oil, salt. The paste has an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, analgesic, hepatoprotective and anti-cancer effect due to a high level of phthalides. It is used in prostatitis treatment as well as in treatment of rheumatism and gout, as a diuretic agent in diseases of the bladder and urolithiasis, for the prevention of coronary heart disease, lower blood pressure, and also as a restorative, laxative, emmenagogue and lactation remedy for women. Lehnert Abstract: the bread is made according to traditional technology without yeast on dry ferments based on a mixture of wheat, rye and buckwheat flour at a ratio of 40:20:40. Buckwheat and flour made from it contain significant amount of protein, balanced amino acid composition, vitamins B, PP, rutin, dietary fiber, phenolic and mineral substances (potassium, magnesium, iron). The use of buckwheat flour with a unique chemical composition of dry ferments instead of thermophilic yeast allows to receive the bread of high nutritional and biological value and that can be recommended for a therapeutic and preventive nutrition. Despite the fact that millet is a non-traditional grain raw material in the production of bread, it is a natural component and has a number of advantages if compared to traditional raw materials. This grain is a source of unsaturated fatty acids, vegetable protein, vitamins B, tocopherols, carotenoids, phytosterols and other biologically active substances.
