CSR Summit held in Bali, Indonesia recently, in recognition of the longest running program for
Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
The Global CSR summit awards are held annually to recognize and honor organizations for their

Nestl? launches 'Healthy Women' programme at FCC
LAHORE (PR): Nestl?, the world's leading nutrition, health and wellness (NHW) Company, launched
the pilot of its Healthy Women program Wednesday at the Forman Christian (FC) College, Lahore.
During the three-month program, 100 female students of FC College between the ages of 19 to 24
will be taught about their nutritional needs and how they can address them.
Healthy Women is an interactive and multi-level program. On Wednesday, in the program's first
stage Nutrition Awareness, the students who registered for the program were taken through a
presentation explaining the importance of nutrition and its impact on their lives.
?This will be followed by Assessment Level I. Top 20 students will enter the Cook & Learn stage.
After Assessment Level II, top 5 students will qualify for summer internship at Nestl?.
According to Dr. Huma Fahim, Nestl? Pakistan's Medical Advisor, "Nutrition is crucial to both
individual and national development. The program's key message is that Healthy Women are
essential for a Healthy Nation. What women eat can impact the physical and mental capabilities of
the future generation. Research has shown that the first 1,000 days of a child's life (from conception
to the baby's second year) are critically important. Malnutrition during this period can leave a child
stunted forever and may irreversibly affect his/her mental and physical capabilities."
2. E-takeaway acquires stake in Pak food delivery website
LAHORE (PR): E-takeaway, a Danish takeaway ordering and delivery service operating in
Scandinavia, Baltics and Spain, has finalized plans to expand into Pakistan, where it has acquired
stakes in Pakistan's first and leading food delivery website.

PTCL inter-media cricket tournament continues
ISLAMABAD (PR): The Inter-Media Cricket Tournament organized by Pakistan Telecommunications
Company Limited (PTCL) continues in full swing here in Islamabad. The tournament, organized in

Water filter project
LAHORE (PR): Water filter project installed at Altaf Colony, Harbanspura with Rs10 million has
become operational here on Wednesday.
The project has been fully funded by Badami Bagh's philanthropic Mohammad Ramazan Chishti who
would also bear its monthly operational expenses. The project would provide over 50,000 litre per
day hygienic water to local population of Naseer Colony, Chungi Dogauge, Guldusht Town and Taj
Bagh.
Evento'14 concludes
LAHORE (PR): Evento'14, international debating competition being held at UMT, concluded on
Wednesday. Mian Mohammad Munir and Dr Hasan Sohaib Murad graced the event with their
presence.
The closing ceremony of the EVENTO 2014 was held at the campus of the University of Management
