I have been a student here at SDJCC for a year now. Since I've been here, the policy has always been to let students walk off center with a pass, or
leave on center transportation. But since receiving the terrible news that a job corps student, who was a minor, was killed in Florida, minor students
at all job corps centers are not allowed are not allowed to walk off center at any time, not even on the weekends unless someone comes to pick you up.
I'm a minor and this is of great concern to me.

The purpose of this study was to understand the college students' perceptions of slut–shaming discourse. The research indicated that there was a strong
correlation between cultural expectations and slut–shaming. According to the results, the perceptions of slut–shaming are influenced by aspects such
as: class, culture, media, gender, feminism, ethnicity, religion, and sexuality. Overall, college students were found to be on crossfire of slut–shaming
discourse on a college campus. It was concluded, based on the research, the participants have significantly identified with judging a woman by the way

the right group for the radical student's attention. This was clearly not revolutionary, but they were oppressed and the SDS with their optimistic view,

Pagan Culture on Campus: Pantheon (The Pagan Advocacy Club) In September of 2015, freshman Dakota Niswonger brought a new club proposal
before the Student Government Association (SGA) at Flagler College. He proposed the Pagan Advocacy Club, a club created "to allow on–campus
pagans of Flagler College a safe place to discuss their beliefs and practices, as well as educating the general public about the practices and beliefs of

For my second church reflection, I attended NewSpring Church. I attended the eleven o'clock service at the Greenville campus, which was located
in the TD Convention Center. Since this was not the main campus, the sermon had to be watched on the screen. However, the music was live. This
service had a casual and contemporary feel. Although this church is Southern Baptist, it did not have the typical Baptist feel. Everything seemed to
be more casual, modern, and laid back, especially before and after the service. Interestingly, even though this service was very modern and
contemporary, there was still a great lack of diversity. Their staff, volunteers, band, and pastors were very diverse, but the people attending the church
were less diverse. The general demographic was made up of Caucasian families as well as many Caucasian teenagers and young adults. There were a
few African Americans (the worship leader wasAfrican American), but overall there was a lack of Hispanics, Asians, and African Americans. There
were certainly not very many older adults either.
Interestingly, in addition to the modern atmosphere, all of the people were very casually dressed. Most of the men had shorts and t–shirts on and the
women mostly had pants or shorts on as well. I do not think that there is anything wrong with this, and Newspring even states that they want you to

have their own language, norms, beliefs, and values. Most college campuses have many charters or different sororities to choose from when a
student wants to pledge a sorority. On the Saint Francis University campus, there are seven sororities that a female student can belong to. Each
sorority has a different philanthropy which is a foundation that the sorority stands behind. For example Delta Phi Epsilon stands behind the
Educational Foundation, this foundation helps women get the education that they deserve. Sororities are known for creating a bond between
girls that last a life time. The sororities have their own language, they use words like pledge, bid, big, little, active, lavaliere, letters, and philanthropy.
A pledge is a person who accepts a bid, and a bid is an invitation to a specific chapter at their school (Nakagoshi 1). When a female student wants to
pledge a sorority they interview for a bid and the sorority decides if they want to have the new student pledge or not. If the pledge gets the bid then the
student gets a big, a big is an older girl who has been part of the sorority for a year of more, and the big is like a big sister they are supposed to care of

("Healthy). By using a bike to ride around campus, students could easily obtain 20 to 30 minutes of exercise each day without even having to go to the
gym.
It is true that the implementation of a bike–share program will not completely solve the problem of college obesity or the Freshmen 15, but at the
least, it can increase levels of physical activity and promote fitness. By physically having EZ Bike and its stations on USC's campus, it serves as a
