Job description:
• Responsible for operational & technical personnel duties
• Replacing the Assistant Human Resources Manager in his absence
• Maintains employment application intake
• Maintains computer entry & file maintenance
• Assists employees with personnel information & interpretation of personnel
policies and procedures
• Assists with new employee orientation
• Responsible for maintenance of confidential personnel files
• Prepares vacant positions required and reports to the Human Resources
Manager.
• Reports directly to Human Resources Manager and communicates with all
department heads, whenever requested, on staff related issues.
• Requested to interact with all department heads, as well as individuals outside
the hotel including, but not limited to ,social insurance, ministry of health and
labor office representatives, competitors and other members of the local
community.
Act as system administrator, responsible for managing and directing the
operation and maintenance of the entire HR system.
Monitor execution of regularly scheduled pay increases in conjunction with
the timely administration of the line staff performance appraisal system. Input
other personnel actions into HR system.
Track all applications/resumes from acceptance through final disposition.
Communicate status of individual applications to interested parties as needed.
Track all position requisitions, manually and on computer. Be able to follow
placement activity within positions.
Responsible for requisition and employee vacancy posting process.
Follow-up process payroll, attendance and leave
Dealing with the social insurance authority in regards to the Social insurance of
the employees
Do all the delegation process for the foreign experts and employees
