It s my great pleasure to open applications for team which will leadAIESEC
in Serbia in term 16.17.
How do you envision next year of your life? Do you see a path full of
extraordinary moments?A year full of challenges, a year of learning, a year

Introduction message
4. AIESEC Yugoslavia was founded in 1953. As one of the first countries which
joined small international network together with Austria, UK, Switzerland and
Germany.
Yugoslavia was first country from “East block” which become part of AIESEC.
Everything started with students from Economical faculties met and wanted to
become part of young and ambition organization which could make them to
forget on consequence left from World War II.
In 2003 Yugoslavia stopped existing as a country, and on it s 50th birthday
AIESEC Yugoslavia become AIESEC Serbia and Montenegro.
In 2006 State union of Serbia and Montenegro come to an end, which lead to
setting up – AIESEC SERBIA.
Important conference organized by AIESEC Serbia: International congress at
2003, EuroCo at 2004, EuroXpro 2007, Global Leader s Summit at 2013 – IPM.
At the moment AIESEC in Serbia has 7 LCs and 5 SUs. 4 LCs together with MC
are situated in Belgrade, other 3 are all in different cities.

8. Role and responsibility of
national team
• Creation and implementation of National
strategy and direction
• Creation and implementation of National
and functional projects
• Providing and delivering support for LC VPs
(coaching, functional meetings, functional
summits, conference cycle, consultancies
and webinars) in order to implement of
functional processes in LCs
• Ensure and provide functional knowledge
about functional area of LC VPs and
transition for new LC VPs
• Obligatory attendance on MC meetings,
team days and conferences
• Manage national conferences and events
• Coaching of LCs
• Transition – prepare and run
• Contribute and active participation in
Global (functional) Network
• Working, coordination, tracking and
coaching of MC managers
• Ensure implementation of Team
Standards in functional area

national team of AIESEC in Serbia and answer on
questions in following areas: oGIP, oGCDP, iGIP, iGCDP, TM
and OD.
*****Candidates are applying for MC. Final structure and
positions will be defined when all team will be selected
by MCP.

please define the main bottlenecks and
provide at least 3 solution to have a better
winter peak

them, in concrete action, to make as smooth
as possible the transition period between to
