First of all, congratulations on taking this brave step and deciding to apply for
this wonderful experience to take your AIESEC experience to the next level.
AIESEC El Jadida is officially opening the OCP applications for the
upcoming Local Conference scheduled after the national recruitment in order
to serve as an induction to the new members, an education to the old ones, and
of course the elections of our LC President for the next term.

1. According to you, what is the goal of this conference ?
2. As a team leader, what are the behaviours you can’t stand in a
team ? How do you deal with them ?
3. Set up a timeline including the major operations that need to
be conducted by the OC.
4. Set up a detailed structure of your OC with general JDs for
each department.
