Dear candidate
Congratulations on the application for OC Solemn Return.
The 2019/2020 EB is seeking out-of-the-box leadership
and exchange members. We know that you have all these
qualities.
Together we will hoist AIESEC COCODYABIDJAN
to the top of the MEA
Good luck for the term.

Process of application
The documents must be in PDF and in WinRAR renamed as following:
1. Feel free to change the layout and design of this application questionnaire (e.g. pictures, SmartArt, etc.)
as long as all of the content is included and that you respect the application guidelines.
2. Answer to the questions
3. All documents must be in PDF Format and compressed in 1 folder
4. Your application folder is made of you:
* Member Development Plan
* Identification form
* Application form
5. Applications missing any part will not be accepted.
6. Folder must be in “zip” or “rar” format and should be saved under the following name format:

7. Send your application on time and you will get confirmation of reception
8. You will be contacted for interviews
All applicants are required to be physically present for an interview

What’s Solemn Return
The return to school is the activity that marks the
beginning of the 19.20 term.It includes the opening
ceremony of the term and the launch of the
projects.
This is a skylight that allows AIESEC COCODY
ABIDJAN to present its year plan to its
partners and launch its projects.

Have 30 collaborators and partners presents.
Find a room outside the university
that can accommodate 100 people.
Have 20 external depending on targeted
structures functions
Find a sponsor for the activity.

OCP
OCP should have an AIESEC background: she or he has to coordinate the OCVP activities and must be:
-Self aware -Solution oriented - Empower others - A good time manager - A good team manager
-A good writer of communication plan, proposal, mail, budget...
-Make a weekly report of the progress of the activities to Coordinator
Ensure the financial stability of the activities
and find partners.

  • 5. What’s Solemn Return The return to school is the activity that marks the beginning of the 19.20 term.It includes the opening ceremony of the term and the launch of the projects. This is a skylight that allows AIESEC COCODY ABIDJAN to present its year plan to its partners and launch its projects. Cocody-Abidjan
