3. • APPLICATION TIMELINE
• Application Opening–13th December, 2016 Application Submission Deadline–All
dully completed applications must be submitted latest by Sunday 25th, December
2016 at 23:59:59 GMT+1. Late applications will not be considered for any reason
whatsoever, you are advised to submit at least a day before the deadline so that
your application can be reviewed, and in case of any corrections you can very
easily make them and resubmit before the deadline. After the deadline any
incomplete application will be rejected and the applicant removed from the
process.
• Interviews, Review and Selections –The review process will consist of several written
tests, an oral interview with members of the electoral review board, manifesto
presentation to the general plenary, question and answer session with the plenary
and then final voting. This entire process might span about 3 days and a date for it
will be fixed at the close of the application.
• All applications can be designed in any format but converted to PDF, put in a
zipped folder and submitted (In all we will be expecting 4 PDF documents which
are Manifesto and Year plan, Curriculum Vitae, Questionnaire, 1 endorsement
letters).

APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
You must be a full member of AIESEC in Abuja.
The official term for 17.18 will start on the 1st February, 2017
and will end January 31st 2016.
Transition for the EB will start in January 2017 until February,
2017.
Applicants must attend the National Congress scheduled to
hold in Enugu from 11-16 January 2017.
APPLICATION DETAILS
In this application, Please feel free to use your creativity

This process has been designed to help you standout and
express yourself, making sure it reflects you and your
personality, I urge you to be very realistic in your answers as
every detail is very important in decision of the local plenary.
This application is divided into 4 parts;
Manifesto and Year Plan: A document detailing your vision for
AIESEC Abuja in the 16.17 term, and your plan of action to
achieve that vision. This plan should contain details of actions
steps; focus areas, strategic initiatives in those focus areas and
specific numerical targets.
Curriculum vitae: List relevant personal, professional and
AIESEC experience that you need us to be aware of.
EB Questionnaire: This is divided into several parts, candidates
are to answer all questions clearly and convincingly, making
no alterations to the questions or the order of the questions, all
questions related to the position you are applying for should
be answered.
Endorsement Letter: 1 endorsement from someone that led
you in AIESEC Abuja. NB: Endorsements must be dully signed
by endorsing parties.
