1. L is for Lake Taupo

In July 2008 my family and I went
to Lake Taupo because it was in
the holidays. One day our family
went to the snow it was quite chilly because
we didn’t have enough
jackets or gloves. As the day
went on Olivia and I decided
to have a snowball fight by
rolling up medium-sized snowballs and
started throwing the snowballs at my dad.
When we finished the snowball fight, we
made a snowman by rolling up three big
snow balls and stacked the snowballs on
each other. After the wonderful day in the
snow, we all went back to
our apartment to watch tv
until 10:30pm, then we all
jumped into bed. In the
morning, we had to rush off

to Rotorua and had McDonalds for breakfast.
I felt happy because I loved the snow.
