it’s an arena made by E-Sports fans,
for E-Sports fans.”
Epicenter is soon to be this country`s most reasonable gaming arena
providing almost 20 PC gaming stations, Xbox PS4 Kinect and much more
open for the public. The teens have fun while connecting with friends and
other people over a shared love for games. It is solely dedicated to
supporting, entertaining and inspiring the e-sports community. Leveraging
from the latest most popular games pioneered by the team of Epicenter, it
also provides energy drinks so that the gamer can boast themselves up
during games.
Competitive video gaming, is built around real-time strategy games, first
person shooters, fighting games, and other games requiring high-level skill
and strategy. They have developed an entire professional ecosystem
complete with celebrity players, major sponsors and an adoring fan-base.
Epicenter`s computers are preloaded with hundreds of the most popular
games thanks to our sponsors Seagate Hard Drives. It also takes special
requests if you have a favorite game that isn't already pre-loaded.
 Purpose of the Report
The purpose of this report was to jot down and plan the future business
realistically.

Our vision is nothing less than realizing the full potential of gaming— social
network capabilities, brain exercise, full participation in E-Sports — to drive
a new era of development, growth, and productivity.

 Marketing Plan
Marketing strategies are important. To start a business that involves
general public, you need to have the public interested or attentive towards
you through various ways so that you can work your business out. Some
strategies that we shall be adopting are as follows,

Since our gamers/players are to be the young teenagers, this
strategy may prove to be the most effective as almost every
teenager is connected on social media these days.

so, they are our targets.

almost no effort and may result effective and productive in bringing
in business.

Internet is all over the place these days and so, the chance of
promoting the business will be more via this medium.
 Management Plan
The dealings or management of Epicenter shall be carried out by the
qualified employees of the firm that shall be hired with decent salaries. The

In a case where a problem arises and the employees are not able enough to
make a decision, the owners will have to step in. In that case, the problem has to
be invoked to the owners that shall reside in a separate glass cabin within the
studio. At an instance, at least one owner shall be present.
 Quality Management
The quality of service entwined with Epicenter is providing the daily
customers with the proper facilitation and experience of gaming while making
them feel easy. Moreover, the environment setup has to be just right. To keep
things as mentioned, following roles are to carry out by the respective
individuals,
 Risk Management
Risk management is a critical assessment that needs to be performed
beforehand in order to ensure the safety and ample countenance of the firm.
Thus, the plan for risk management by Epicenter is quite straight-forward and
quick to ensure fast delivery of status of any risk bubbling up. It involves the

Sweeper Is responsible for keeping the place (studio apartment) tidy.
Maintenance Personnel Any high level issue or problem regarding the working of the
computers or consoles is to be catered by these personnel.
Receptionist Is to look after the movement of cash from customers to the
firm and vice versa.
Moderator Shall facilitatethe gamers (customers) with any low level issue
regarding the working of the computers or consoles and also
look after the firm when the firm is active.
Guard Shall look after the security of Epicenter.
Bouncer Shall be in charge of the discipline of the firm and is allowed to
take approved disciplinary actions.
moderators submitting a verbal report of the whole day to the owners from
where the owners shall be assessing the status of any risk.
 Contingency Plan
With expensive and sensitive computers and console and furniture in the
apartment, it is necessary to keep in mind the occurrence of any misfortune.
To cater for this, a certain amount of safety funds is to be kept aside all the
time so that it can be utilized at the time of need and also, some effort is to be
placed to try to avoid any misfortune from occurring (provided that it is within
the power of man). For instance, any non-decent activity by a delinquent
personnel in the firm.

The business was initiated by four individuals that were the owners of the
business. There was no loan or investment received by any individual and the
business was onset by the capital invested by the owners only. The detail of

 Operating Procedure:
 Guard will check the customers belongings thoroughly, they will search
for any prohibited items like weapons and keep an out for any suspicious
behavior outside the Arena.
 Guard will also make sure no kids under the age of 18 is permitted inside
the Arena.
 Receptionist will take payments, make bookings (online or phone call),
and keep track of all the free PC’s and gaming consoles.
 Moderators will lead the customers to their spaces and get them settled
in properly.
 Whenever someone’s time is up moderators will make sure that customer
vacates that space.
 For any technical issue moderators will help the customer and if not
solved immediately technician will be called to solve the issue.
 Bouncers will patrol and protect guests as well as staff from any improper
or lewd acts, they will warn and evict the guilty tactfully.
 They will watch people behavior and deal with conflict.
 Customer will be offered to provide feedback if he/she is willing while
leaving the arena.
 Rules and Regulations:
 No foul language and behavior is tolerated.
 Person without an ID card is not entertained.
 Customers can only play for as long as they have paid for.
 No clothing with offensive language or images will be allowed.
 Smoking will not be allowed inside the Arena.
 Eating and drinking is permitted in designated areas only
 Any disputes over times, players, games and procedures are to be
brought to the knowledge of moderator and bouncer.
 All equipment is to be used in the proper way.
 Good sportsmanship is expected for all activities. Gaming Arena reserves
the right to eject anyone not following the rules of the facility.
 Only Music with head sets are permitted.
Future Plan:
 We intend to introduce VR (Virtual Reality) games in our arena.
 For future we are going to expand and open new branches in different
cities or sectors of Islamabad.
 We will improve the gaming experience by holding suggestion fest and
will implement the suggestion which will be best voted.
 We will introduce snooker in a separate room as to provide a physical
activity to release strain, but still providing good gaming experience for
people playing.
 We’ll build a bar in future as to provide relaxing experience for our
customers.
 We intend to increase salaries and provide comfortable environment for
all of our employees.
 We will make sure that we introduce proper billing system for credit
cards.
 We will release our website for people to know what they want to know
and see what facilities we provide.
 We’ll provide booking facility for tournaments and events.
 We are going to upgrade our interior design as to accommodate more
customers and equipment.
Innovations:
 We provide an experience of gaming never observed before by
concentrating all type of gamers in one place but also not making them
feel crowded by partitioning each category.
 We’ll make customers get what they want by holding monthly feedback
fest.
 We provide best gaming computers out there and we upgrade them as
soon as upgrades are released.
 We update all of the games and introduce new games as they come
instead of only catering the popular ones.
 We keep the place clean and tidy always and deodorize is constantly.

  • 2.  Introduction:  Business Idea “Since everyone on the team is a gamer, it’s an arena made by E-Sports fans, for E-Sports fans.” Epicenter is soon to be this country`s most reasonable gaming arena providing almost 20 PC gaming stations, Xbox PS4 Kinect and much more open for the public. The teens have fun while connecting with friends and other people over a shared love for games. It is solely dedicated to supporting, entertaining and inspiring the e-sports community. Leveraging from the latest most popular games pioneered by the team of Epicenter, it also provides energy drinks so that the gamer can boast themselves up during games. Competitive video gaming, is built around real-time strategy games, first person shooters, fighting games, and other games requiring high-level skill and strategy. They have developed an entire professional ecosystem complete with celebrity players, major sponsors and an adoring fan-base. Epicenter`s computers are preloaded with hundreds of the most popular games thanks to our sponsors Seagate Hard Drives. It also takes special requests if you have a favorite game that isn't already pre-loaded.  Purpose of the Report The purpose of this report was to jot down and plan the future business realistically.

Some strategies that we shall be adopting are as follows, Strategy Reason Social Media Marketing Since our gamers/players are to be the young teenagers, this strategy may prove to be the most effective as almost every teenager is connected on social media these days. University Posters A lot of university students are gamers in their second identity and so, they are our targets. Word of Mouth Approach This strategy is a trend of society. It shall be used because there is almost no effort and may result effective and productive in bringing in business. A Professional Website Internet is all over the place these days and so, the chance of promoting the business will be more via this medium.  Management Plan The dealings or management of Epicenter shall be carried out by the qualified employees of the firm that shall be hired with decent salaries. Guard Shall look after the security of Epicenter. Bouncer Shall be in charge of the discipline of the firm and is allowed to take approved disciplinary actions.

  • 11.  They will watch people behavior and deal with conflict.  Customer will be offered to provide feedback if he/she is willing while leaving the arena.  Rules and Regulations:  No foul language and behavior is tolerated.  Person without an ID card is not entertained.  Customers can only play for as long as they have paid for.  No clothing with offensive language or images will be allowed.  Smoking will not be allowed inside the Arena.  Eating and drinking is permitted in designated areas only  Any disputes over times, players, games and procedures are to be brought to the knowledge of moderator and bouncer.  All equipment is to be used in the proper way.  Good sportsmanship is expected for all activities. Gaming Arena reserves the right to eject anyone not following the rules of the facility.  Only Music with head sets are permitted. Future Plan:  We intend to introduce VR (Virtual Reality) games in our arena.  For future we are going to expand and open new branches in different cities or sectors of Islamabad.  We will improve the gaming experience by holding suggestion fest and will implement the suggestion which will be best voted.  We will introduce snooker in a separate room as to provide a physical activity to release strain, but still providing good gaming experience for people playing.  We’ll build a bar in future as to provide relaxing experience for our customers.  We intend to increase salaries and provide comfortable environment for all of our employees.  We will make sure that we introduce proper billing system for credit cards.
