system. Other than this Large Capacity Motors, Medium and

like PPM inside residential apartments and villas, break downs
and additional works Belong Plumbing CW And HW Boilers and
Water Heater Rectifying PPR Fitting Water Leakages.
 Attending monthly basic PPM on AHU
,FAHU,KEF,TEF,SPF,LRF,GEF,CPSF and CPEF, CHW Pumps ,
CHW Makeup Pumps Heat Exchanger s
 Taking All Reading Like Air Flow And Water Flow.
 Have a moderate level of independence. I require the advice of
the Sr. Management in critical decision making.
 To supervise the execution of operation of HVAC system, Chillier
& Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) work orders. Ensure
the accuracy of all information and minimum time taken to
execute the work.
 Supervise the execution of operation of all HVAC system and
Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) work notification. Ensure the
work has been completed on time and to the specified standard.
 When assigned an internal project, supervise the execution of
the work and control the manpower, man-hours, and materials
as per the plan set by the Senior Engineer.

3.  Where an outside contractor does maintenance work on
particular equipment, check the standard of the work done and
report any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor.
 Perform any other related duties as assigned, from time to time.

COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

communicate (in written and verbal form) with the internal
sections, various units and external contractors as and when
required.
