Dear Miss. Ventura
Do you remember the first time we ever met? Well, if you didn’t, it was when I
came to orientation in 7th
grade. I think that was your first time to teach in middle
school. For the first time I thought I was going to enjoy ESL class. Then when I
got to your class you put us straight to work. I thought “Is she crazy?” but no, you
were trying to make me a greater student than I was at that time. Even though it
was a lot of work, I enjoyed your ESL class.
After your class, I understood that to get where you want to be you have to work
hard and never give up on your goals in life. I also learned never to wait for
somebody to do something for you, but instead you should do it for yourselfor you
won’t learn anything at all.
Thank you for making me a better person and as a student.Thank you very much. I
don’t know what I would do without you to guide me through those years. Hope to
see you soon.
